Nitrotek Condor rc car kit

I bought a condor rc car kit and there are missing parts in box I phoned nitroltek about the missing parts they said I hate to buy the missing parts which so far has cost me £16 pounds I haven't made all the car up so far but now I'm worried if there are more missing parts . I'm really angry about there customer service they just don't seem to care . I would like a refund of £16 pounds and I would like the parts I ordered .regard mr Ronald Plows my email is ronald.[protected]@icloud .com ...

Nitrotek Seller promised new car, but still nothing

We bought remote control car from the company www.nitrotek.co.uk. But our experience was really bad. They delivered it, but it didn’t work. The seller excused and asked to return it. After that it turned out that such car was the last one. He offered the discount and advised us to buy another car. We agreed, but after that the seller simply stopped to deal with us. We got nothing from this jerk. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to get anything from these jerks?

Nitrotek They didn't provide guarantee and refused to change the defective car

We ordered remote control car from the company www.nitrotek.co.uk. It was big mistake to buy from them. We got the car, but it didn’t work already. We called the seller and asked to change it, ‘coz the seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days. However, these jerks scammed us. They simply ignored me within these days and after a month; it was too late to ask for money. So better avoid them and don’t order from them. It was only waste of my money.

This company are a total disgrace bought a rc Yama buggy and had nothing but problems with it . Everything has to go though there email ticket system and you just get rude responses blameing you for the faults they are vile people to deal with . They are selling complete rubbish please avoid giving these crooks your money .

Nitrotek The seller delivered broken toys and impossible to change them

I bought remote control car and plane from the website www.nitrotek.co.uk. My family was disappointed, ‘coz these toys didn’t work at all. The seller sent defective cars and plane and when I called them, the rep told me that now they had holidays and asked to call after 4 days. I called after 4 days, but they again provided some stupid excuses and promises. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

Hello, how long do I have to wait for my parts to returen? I used the car twice (1, 5 tanks) driving on a footboll field and is not responsible for the broken parts. First time was Slow driving to get the motor Run and second time with half gas. Maybe the quality is very bad on this product? Will I have extended warrenty? All this time since i bought the car i have been dealing with support and waiting for parts that was faulty from the beginning. I also have started a blog about this car and its history there was four friends waiting to buy a similar car. You should be ashamed for treating you costumers like this and if this issue will not resolve in the nearest days I will contact EU consumer works and Ask for help. Until now i have been VERY patient. I will contact every RC forum and tell this story if I dont get my parts and very good declaration! This is not right and i well try to help and warn others from shopping from your website. This is a warning you have awakened the Tiger...

Nitrotek Awaiting parts

On the 22nd July I ordered some spare parts for my ex car ref no
[protected] and to date I have mot received them although
The money has been taken from my account i am still waiting
For 2 cent mounting plates no 60207. I was informed that these
Goods had been dispatched but I have still not received.
I was told by your sales dept to get in touch with you to find out where
They are.

Please advise ASAP

Nitrotek Sent me damaged order and didn't reply to emails

I bought car for my son from the website www.nitrotek.co.uk. So it arrived in damaged box and of course it never worked. I haven’t received phone number of the company, and they provided only email address. I sent them multiples emails, but these scammers never replied. I’m so upset with such services that I want to warn other people not to deal with this horrible company. Share this info and post comments.

I ordered a quad for my child it is electric it has been delivered but will not charge it will not work atall they are telling me I can not have a refund they said I have to pay postage to send it back and it will go in a que to be inspected and they will not send me another quad this is a present for my child for Christmas

Totally agree with all the comments in all the years I have bought goods from companies by Mail Order I have never in my life experienced such absymal and to be frank non existent true customer support.

They consider themselves a law unto themselves totally ignoring ALL consumer legislation which is in place to protect the public from companies who behave like this.

And before somebody accuses me of not knowing what I am on about, I am an experienced RC modeller and have been for several decades. Further more I ran my own business for over 30 years and would never have dreamt of dealing with a customer in the manner Nitrotek do.

You might think its one or two people being disgruntled because they didnt get a solution easily - this is simply not the case, you only have to check the multiple review sites, including Google Reviews and of course the review site they bribe you to post good reviews on.

Interestingly enough I posted a negative review and they never gave me a discount voucher - not that I would have ever considered using it.

Purchased the condor pro ( not sure wots pro about it ) wow wot a mistake that was, I guess if your reading this like myself you have had trouble with these nitrotek products, every thing is the users fault, send us photos they said ? Photos sent nothing, chase chase e mail e mail no response, £225 xmas gift 🎁. Lucky enough paid via pay pal once pay pal informed that couldn't respond quicker enough, same spill though user error, not the fact the steering busted after 10 mins running . How trading standards have not shut em down is beyond me & sending flammable toxic fuel via post is prohibited. So long story short avoid at all costs thanks pay pal

Bought a part from this company in September and they took my money straight away. Still not recieved the part and had nothing but lies and broken promises about delivery through the ticket system. Seems that being able to lie is a requirement for a job at Nitrotex. Intend to prosecute this company for fraud if I don't receive my part or my money back.

Awful company, bought 2 electric scooters & both broke within 4-6 weeks & wouldnt refund or replace them so now going through civil courts, don't let them get away with robbing your money with cheap imports that last 2 minutes, I have now purchased 2 razor scooters & there brilliant . Do not buy from this company

Impossible Company to deal with when you have a faulty and damaged product delivered and paid for. Bought an RC Spitfire which arrive badly damaged and poorly packaged with faulty receiver. Had to pay for the product to be returned for repair. 5 weeks later product was received with the same damaged parts, additional damaged parts and replacement parts from a completely different model. I have been fighting Nitrotek for a full refund but they refuse. Product was received 6th February and it is now the second week in May. Their terms and conditions which they flaunt when there is a problem do not align with the Consumer Act amendments from October 2015 regarding refunds which is now law. I am threatening legal action and have registered the situation with Consumer rights. Stay away from these crooks.

Do not buy from these guys - their service is the worst I have ever had

The customer service is shocking!
I bought a RC car for my kids at Christmas which as faulty. they send me round in circles and I have not been able to even get the detail to return the car. I have even tried to get the part from them, but they don't have it and have no idea what they are doing - sending me to eBay to buy a part I don't need on multiple occasions - well done Nitrotek!
Keep away from them!

What a disgraceful company!

I ordered two nitro remote control cars from you (order number #[protected]) at considerable expense, over £350, 00, for Christmas presents this year. After opening them on Christmas day neither would run despite watching your DVD, visiting your website and watching scores of videos on youtube. Five hours later I decided to give up, causing misery to my son and nephew on Christmas day.
I have been trying the car (Condor pro) constantly since and have discovered that it is not possible to blow through the connection between the rubber tube and the top of the exhaust. The car will start when primed but cuts out almost immediately.
My brother in law has the other car (NBC Truggy) and has informed me he has spent over eight hours since Christmas day trying to start his and although it does occasionally start it also cuts out immediately and is incredibly difficult to start in the first place. Information I have researched from the internet says the car should not be this difficult to start as it comes pre set from the factory.

I have traced one of the problems back to a faulty exhaust (condor pro) The valve that connects the top of the exhaust to the top of the fuel tank is blocked. I spent £49 on a new exhaust from a different shop and the car started immediately, however during the first tank run in the gears stripped themselves without even touching the throttle! would like either a replacement car or a refund or I will be going to trading standards as I was sold a faulty vehicle. The second car I was sold won't even start despite being primed (nbc truggy) research suggests these cars should not be this impossible to start and I would also like this car replaced or refunded and I will buy from a different company!
