MobileZap Scammers

I ordered a cover for my iPad. Simple order. They were super quick in getting my money from me. And after it I started to get their emails saying that shipping was delayed due to each time new reasons. I got tired of this and contacted their customer service. I was however said that I better change my order and choose something different, but at the same time, I will have to pay the difference. I did. Since then I had no contact with them because they don't reply and I can't reach them out.
It's been 2 months since I placed the order and still there's nothing. Horrible and terrible.

MobileZap Tried to order 3 times

I have ordered a genuine case for my phone from www.mobilezap.com.au and paid via PayPal. Few weeks later I received a message stating that my item was no longer in stock, and since they don't do refunds they offered me to pick something else. So I picked up another cover and they promised to deliver it within two weeks. Two weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I contacted them again and asked about the status of my order. I received the same answer that my order was out of stock and was told to pick up something else. What a joke! Then I said that I want my money back, but they refused. I decided to give them one last chance and picked another item, and two weeks later was told "out of stock". What's wrong with these people?

MobileZap They provided wrong order. I got the charger, but purchased the case

I ordered 3 cases for the phone from the company www.mobilezap.com.au. I waited 5 weeks and finally the postman delivered the order, but the package contained the charger for the phone. WTF? I tried to reach these jerks, but their customer services were completely useless. No one replied to the emails and messages. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

MobileZap They haven't provided the correct order

I ordered a mobile charger from the company www.mobilezap.com.au. I got the package but it contained wrong charger. I took the order and returned it to the seller back. After that this jerk avoided me and hasn’t provided any info about the order. No idea what to do now and I really want to get my money back. As well as I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use or buy from the website. Please, share your views about this website.

MobileZap Useless info and no delivery of the order

I ordered case and charger from the company www.mobilezap.com.au. I paid them about $200 and sent this payment through the Western Union, but these ### only sent me useless tracking number. I still have no idea where my order is. I already asked to return money back, but they told to wait and nothing happened. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

MobileZap I haven't received the order and therefore I couldn't get money back

I ordered phone from the company www.mobilezap.com.au. I placed the order 10 weeks ago already, but the seller still hasn’t provided it. I already spoke with the rep, but he continued to ask me to be patient and wait more. I’m really sick of this ### and already asked for refund. But the rep told me that they couldn’t return money back, ‘coz the order was sent. They need this order back. Please, help me how to solve this problem.

MobileZap My daughter is very upset!

My daughter used her Christmas money to purchase an ipad case from mobilezap.com. company. When I called to see why we hadn't received the case, they said it was on backorder and my card wouldn't be charged until the case was shipped. My card was charged and case has never received. Phone number no longer works and I don’t know what to do. My daughter is very upset!

mobilezap.com.au stole $366.91c from me. I ordered Express Shipping and that was 2 months ago.
They said they don't have the stock and even thoe their website said they did at the time, They DONT. They said they would refund my money BUT THEY DID NOT. So warning they WILL RIPP YOU OFF. BUY your products somewhere else. MOBILEZAP.COM.AU is exactly that they zap your money from your bank account remotely and don't give it back . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
