My email is sindym62@gmail.com I am a wish customer. I have recently contacted wish about items not received and have received refunds as I should because I haven't received the ordered items. Now my account has been flagged for excessive refunds, I am not going to pay for something I haven't received, and now I cannot contact customer services about the order that I have received. I will not pay and will take this matter to court

    This happened with me too! They've flagged my account and I have stuff which was supposed to arrive last month, and still hasn't. Have they gotten in touch with you?

    @GG20 No but I found an email address support@wish.com. I've sent a nasty email and they've acknowledged it. Just waiting to hear

    Oh perfect. I've taken screenshots of my order status & conversations with that bot. I'm going to shoot them an email too. Thank you, Sindym!

    @GG20 Good luck and please let me know how you go. I've just had the same message in an email as the bot conversation! I've told them that they're breaching my consumer rights by not letting me complain
