I cannot make a payment
I'm trying to purchase items from your store and it isn't allowing me to make a payment - i've tried all 3 types - credit card, apple pay and paypal. What is going on? I've gone to google ads and tried fixing the problem but have not been able to. This has been very frusterating. As I like to shop on wish, your customer service sucks. I can not get anyone to speak to in order to help with my issues. This has been going on for weeks. I'd also like my 50% off coupon toward my order. It was good when I made my order and tried paying for it, now it's expired. I don't think that's fair. Can soneone please help me?

I am so sick of this [censored]y website i've been trying to place an order for over a week now and they keep saying there's something wrong with my payment - which there isn't! I cant get customer service on the phone or to get back with me. How do I [censored]ing make a payment! Why is your site so difficult to purchase on? One bad comment goes a lot further then 5 good ones and i'm ready to post on fb and anywhere else to get your attention. Can someone please help me?
I am complaining about their service
This is regarding my order no. 5b7476092a95d969c44df57c. I ordered my items on 15th August. I paid 17.01 eur for the order (11.90 for items and 6eur for shipping). I did not receive two items from my order. It's been more than 2 months now, I asked for a refund and the money was refunded as wish cash. I mailed thousand times that I don't want wish cash but in vain. I have used thousands of shopping sites but wish is definitely most pathetic. Items never reached me. You deducted around 3 eur as shipping for an item that costs 0.89 eur. And when you refund the rest of the amount, it's a useless wish cash that can never be transferred to my account. I want my refund in my bank account. How many times do I mail these guys. Such a fraud company.
lack of addressing an issue
My account was compromised and I've sent wish several statements and emails trying to resolve but the only response I get is a generic response saying their "system" won't unblock my account. I have Wish cash, points and items I haven't received. Keep attepting an actual representive to respond and they refuse. This is bad business with an honest paying consumer. Can you help?!?

I recently had an issue with a charge o my credit card for a cancelled order. Support was no help, as they kept saying it was never charged to my card. i received item I reordered and it was the wrong thing. Tell me send pictures and more pictures and more pictures. I finally receive a credit, and then get notice that they received my order for stuff i did not order. I go in to cancel it and I find my log in is now in Russian, the pages are in Russian, the order was under my name (which was changed) shipping to a Russian address! I got the stuff straight with bank. Just went in to order stuff to replace wrong order and there is another Russian address as showing as shipping address. I have screenshots of both of these. i removed my credit card from my settings today and will notify my credit card company to not accept any further charges past what i did today. But this is fraud! They replay with some stupid message in Russian, Sad part is they have good prices and unique stuff.
refuse to refund
I had ordered 2 separate items from wish that were supposed to arrive mid October. Neither item arrived and I have contacted Wish twice to request a refund. Both answers I received stated I need to wait longer and contact them by a certain date. I have contacted them twice with their requested date and they just keep pushing the date forward. They have taken my money and not delivered the product and are refusing to issue a refund. BUYER BEWARE

I claimed my item on, giveaway it didn't work
If I could, I would love to show A picture, when you contact me, I will, but when I claimed it, it wouldn't show up in my car. I said it was, but my cart is empty. It wont let me do anything. This kind of sucks. I waited for 20 minutes to get this idem. I would love to talk to anyone that has this problem to try and fix it or tell me what I did wrong. Tha k you so much,

won a prize give away and it's not in my recent orders
I won a prize on the daily give away on October 15th, 2015, the prize showed that I won it and took me to my check out and I checked out but now it's not showing in my recent orders, I won a Smart Band CK11S Water Proof Watch Blood Oxygen Heart Rate Monitor Smart Bracelet Pedometer from Jerry Room Fashion Store. non delivery or refund
No delivery and no refund. I have been speaking to staff of wish via email and every time I have complained they ask me to do something else! It's just a run around! This has been going on for over a year! I do it and still no tracking number and no delivery! I'm so fed up with this [censored] company. They are clearly scam artists and someone should be prosecuted for it!

Hi my name is angela Easterbrook I am a regular wish order however I ordered a watch got told it'd be here by the 13th didn5 arrive than I get told it'll arrive by the 20th still nothing and if it hadn't arrived I'd get a full refund so I contact support agent and I get told that I cant get any more refunds as apparently I've gotten too many.i only ask for a refund if the item isnt what I ordered or it's broken or if its silver and doesn't have the number for silver on it.id love to order more expensive items but I believe that I'm being punished for a companies order which is faulty.now I still havent received my watch which is the dearest thing I've gotten.im quite happy with the items I've received lately.ive rated items like I ordered a silver ring suppose to have 925 on it well it didnt so I told them this I got asked do I want a refund.im sorry but I really want this watch I mean they blame shipping the shipping info is never accurate.ive gotten items 2 weeks early and a ring I ordered beginning of year or et nd last year only just showed up I forgot about it.i still havent got my watch yet so as they promised do the right thing give me a refund that wish offered and I didnt ask for..
This website is actually horrible on so many different levels. The first thing is that it is a company out of China that does not sell legitimate items. They will post something that is brand name and it is not they post something that is identical to brand name and it is not it is 100% stolen corporate intellect made as cheap as possible and then marketed to people in the US to try to save a few dollars. I will tell anyone to cut ties with wish.com

I want to ask the seller a question before I buy his product, but I this doesn't seem to be possible.
It would be nice to get some insight of the product I want to buy, because otherwise there would be a lot of unneccesary buying, sending back or refunding. If there already is a function like this, it is hidden very well. I hope there is a solution to ask a seller for videos/pictures before buying.

Tried to cancel right after i placed order but was told i would only get wish bucks.Then i read cancel and return policy which states will refund money back to card. Then next day try to cancel then they say i only have a 8 hour window to cancel. Very deceptive tactics. Then they say there sending 4xl but i ordered 3 xl. Long story short now i got a package that arrived with a sweater that says 4xl maybe in kid sizes. Now i have to go through some long draw out return policy process. Will never purchase from them again.
ads are overly intrusive
They make poor quality advertisement online. I am sure their products are as bad as their advertisement.
The advertisement blocks my entire cell phone screen and prevents me from using my cell phone, resulting in very poor user experience. It also has an extremely loud noise that scares and bothers people in the middle of the night. I also have opted out for all shopping-related ads on my phone and they somehow still show the ad to me. Very disrespectful of consumer choices

I purchased the above t short over two months ago still yet to receive... I keep getting told that the item is on its way and if it is not with me before 1/11 o can request a refund but have no luck as I am told that my wish account is not in good standing as I have received too many refunds.just like buying an item in a shop if it is faulty I would ask for a refund.
I have not even received my item for which I am am asking a refund and am still being refused!
I am wanting a refund as I believe I am not going to ever receive this item if I don't receive my refund within 30 days I will be getting in touch with Consumer Affairs

leather jacket
I received this suppose to be leather jacket on 10/17, and it is not what the order on line say it should be. The tracking number is LN661081052CN. The jacket have no form of leather no where, the jacket is a very very thin suede material and very cheap looking and the size say a 3x but a very small probably can fix it.It has no style, quality or nothing. Would truly like to recieve /get a refund

I ordered this coat on September around September 18-21, 2018. There was no tracking number provided, I keep getting the runaround and this is the third arriving date. I have not received the coat at all and I want my money back. This is unacceptable. I was supposed to get it around the 4th or 5th of October, then October 18th, and no November 17th. No way. I want a refund or I will be seeking legal action. This is very unprofessional.

I have been in touch with customer service over payments that were taken from my account on the 24th of August I can not find the order but when I sent a email I was told that they could see it on the system and I would be refunded the money in 2 weeks this was over 2 months ago I have sent numerous emails .
And every reply is from someone different and changing the response and not actually dealing with the issue that I have asked about .
When I asked for the details of the company I made payment to they said they didn't have any it was to Amsterdam NL .
This is really frustrating I also asked for an email address to make a complaint and was also told they haven't any contact details .hopefully you can get to the bottom of this issue .

a fortnite alarm clock black received damaged color change
I received a fortnite alarm clock in a damaged condition. The screen has a black mark across the bottom left corner which is blocking the view of the date display and the time is not displayed at all. I bought this as a Christmas present for my son who loves fortnite and I cannot give him a broken item as a gift I also bought other goods costing over €200 in total I am very disappointed with this and hope u will be able to replace it as I would still like the product for my son it has a picture of the fortnite battle royals characters on it

Now my account has been flagged for excessive refunds, I am not going to pay for something I haven't received, and now I cannot contact customer services about the order that I have received. I will not pay and will take this matter to court

I have not received these items which I'm very disappointed about as these are gifts for my grandchildren. The original delivery date was 21/9/18 then that extended to 27/9/19 and I'm still waiting. The only information I can get is that they are in transit and have been in transit since August we are now in October. Can you investigate to find out exactly what is going on and resend these items as I really would like to receive them. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible so this can be resolved.
