There have been 2 unauthorized charges charged to my debit card. I authorized the 1st but thats all. So please remove the other 2 and replace my monies back on my card. This is not my phone it belongs to my daughter. If you have any questions about this matter please contact me my email is [protected]@yahoo.com. PUT MY MONIES BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD.

So, I called again. Stayed on the line for 15 minutes and again it only rang in the background. A real person never answered the phone. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well as filing a fraud dispute. It's obvious that this company is solely in business to scam others.

I've just spotted a transaction on my debit card from this company and I actually called their number. I waited for nearly ten minutes before I realized that no one was going to pick up my call. I know ten minutes is not a very long time, but when you are trying to look into a suspicious charge, waiting on hold for that long while the phone rings in the back ground is not a good sign. I will try again in an hour and I will wait for fifteen minutes. If I do not get an answer I will be disputing this as a fraudulent charge with my bank.

I have the same problem, I had an account but was canceled after I moved to a different area and I was told that the account had been terminated, but I am still being charged for the account and I haven't used it in over 2 months and I've been calling to get this issue resolved but nothing has happened yet and I keep getting the run around, so Ms. Lipsey if you found out any information please let me know clgates1987@gmail.com
