Returning unfitting shoes.
Completely dishonest customer service, wrong size guide, not helpful, not caring, and a website that doesnt direct you to your region's website.
You therefore endup with unwearable too small shoes from America paid about 80€ with 60€ in customs fee and shipping you cannot ship them back cause the shipping would cost you about the same price and isn't safe. Will they help you ? No ! They 'll offer you pay then to refund in store credit. Not a UK store credit, no, a US store credit while the issue comes from exactly this. Global warming ? Why caring ? Customers satisfied ? Nah not their problem.
A joke. Don't order.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund on my bank card and a trackable return label from them. Or them to eat the bloody shoes.

I want a refund from you guys cause I never ordered a pair of shoes from you guys. Give me a refund or I will turn you in.
Customer service is absolutely awful.
So I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in late March. The shoes were never delivered (delivery date was April 7th) and the delivery service told me to contact the shipper (T.U.K.) in order to help rectify the situation.
Pretty much zero response from these people. Multiple emails to both general inquiries and marketing, multiple phone calls to a number saying they're closed, and even directly contacting them on Twitter. Complete silence.
The only response I've gotten was an agent answering one phone call, telling me they would fix the situation by shipping a new pair of the shoes and sending me an email, only to never send the email after the phone call.
Worst customer service I've ever seen from a company. Period.

absolutely can not get a reply or response or help
i ordered some mens size 9 shoes. 10 minutes after placing order i asked to change order to a size 10. no one will reply. no one will pick up the phone. no one will call me back. nobody will acknowledge my emails. ive tried reaching every single number in the u.s. t.u.k. shoes and during business hours and the recording comes on saying i have reached them during non business hours. this is truly disheartening and frustrating -its as if someone is there treating me like this in some sadistic manner.

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes from T.U.K. Shoes website and shipping was taking too long so I contacted them to ask a simple question. Their rep was nasty and rude and said he has no time for that. Then I noticed these guys charged me the full price and did not apply %5 first time customer discount. I contacted them again and their second rep was even worse. He told me that it was already too late and that it was my fault I did not notice that earlier. What kind of support is that? Pathetic!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I think you may have us confused with a different company? We do not have a "First time customer discount".
Also, I'm "usually" the only male here that answers the phones regularly and I certainly wouldn't have said that to you?
Perhaps you reached someone in a different department here, or perhaps you ordered from a different company that sells our products?

It's the return policy I don't like
Shoes are fine. It's the return policy I don't like. I used a coupon to purchase a pair of shoes which saved me some cash. However when it came to returning it I had to cover the cost of shipping it back to them. The website states that they don't do exchanges and if you want it in another size you have to reorder again. Really sucks because the coupon I had used was expired. So in the end I paid more than I should have.
TUK will always honor expired coupons towards a new order whenever you are returning a pair of shoes. Just ask! It's also in our return policy.
