i oredere a shirt on valentines day and i still havent recieved it throught the mail. i kept calling the company and nobody ever answered. i left a message still no reply. i email and no reply. i want to know what is going on and why havent i received my item that i ordered for an anniversary gift. now my husband is stuck with no gift.

AVOID INTERSPACE180 (a T-Shirt company).

They do NOT stand behind their products.

They refuse to give an exchange when they send their customers a defective product.

In my initial contact with them, they said they would send out a replacement "ASAP". It never was sent and they refused to respond after that, even to the BBB.

Their website says: "Interspace180 tshirts will gladly accept returns on any order for any reason if you are not satisfied; we only ask that you let us know the reason so that we can improve our products or service."
...AND..."If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with us or our teeshirts - PLEASE CONTACT US".

Even after the BBB was involved to resolve the issue of a manufacture defect, Interspace180 still refused to exchange the T-Shirt for a non-defective one.

The saying: "If it sounds to good to be true, it most likely is."

The same is true for companies that over-promise to guarantee you'll be a satisfied customer.

These types of companies should be avoided at all costs.
They never live up to their word.

By the way, the BBB has given Interspace180 the rating of "Unsatisfactory".

The last response they sent to the BBB about my request to get the defective T-Shirt replaced was "this buyer is attempting to extort us".

The BBB was the mediator and has a record of all that was said on both sides. They know Interspace180's statement is not true, and that they lie about bending over backwards to back their products.

Take you business elsewhere. It's not worth dealing with deceptive companies that don't stand behind their products.
