heres the thing, ive been leaving in place benoit for almost 2 yrs.no problem at all, until the owner sold the building to "TOTO CANADA INC."and known owner "jeff" turkeys guy.with small guy partner.they came to my house knocking on first day of the month wich is sunday, didnt even wait till the afternoon to collect rent, then the new janitor, which is a girl came to collect rent but im not around, and knock on my door and treatened my daughter, so i went and talk to her, i said that she should have waited for me to come and give her the rent since its only 1 day late, instead of knocking and treatening my kid, but here is what this janitor did""she punch me in my head and push me and almost fall in the stairs..so i run to my house and call the police and file a complaint..then the landlord come to my house and say, you are a liar! pay your rent otherwise i dont care what my janitor do to u!.then he left.so still because of my anger i am holding my one month rent not givin it to him, then he came back ., yes, together with that small ugly looking guy.then i said just leave and he try to fight when i try pushing my door, i shout loud for someones help then i called the police again and complain, then nothing happen, , now its been 5 months, , still no call from the judge, ive been out in 265 place benoit h4n2h4 since 5 months ago..and been calling the police of ville st laurent but they say they will call me back, but, still no response...i feel that i was been neglected, and abused phisically and mentally by this people.., i hope that someone will read this column and help me to get the best lawyer and let this people pay for what they did to me and my family!..by the way the apartment 265 place benoit 3 h4n2h4 has full of cockarouch, rats..and the badroom leaks and smell..

i am living in place benoit more than 5 years.my husband and i was very contented and pay cheap rent, but honestly.i have to say the apartment have so much cockrouch and rat but i have to clean everysingle day to prevent it from coming, the reason why we stay in this area is because my husband 3 years ago lost his job and we are on welfare so no credit, no choice than to live in place benoit regardless of this trouble.the new owner that they were talkin about, mr. cafer torun, he has no respect specially if you are late even for 5 days, one day he slam my door because i said i have no money and i will be late for 4 days, and i didnt like it. so, i guess everyone has their own opinion about that guy. and its so funny because its obiouse that the person who wrote something bout the girl who complaint look like the person who work with mr.torun.:-) just sayin! KARMA always comes backl!you dont need to put the number of a girl and say shes an escort.just think about your own mother or sister or wife or daughter.why do think a girl complaint?because its the i guess. i live in place benoit like i said for 5 years ! so i know whats goin on here. i cant even bring my friends here coz im shy. the janitor doesnt pick up garbage. the whole area stinks!. im just saving money so i can move out with my family. Today is 2015, I lived there in 2011+2012, Jeff is a rip off and is taking me to Regis to make me pay for 3mths extra, he rented out my apartment but since its been so long I can't find out who moved into my place at 170#8 in march 2012. If anyone can knows then I will go back to court to prove he's getting 2x rent on one apartment. He has had my salad garnished once and this will be the second for another 2700.00. He didn't want to give receipts, husband had to threaten him to get one, yes comes first thing in morning or goes when I'm at work and knows I'm at work, I had to call cops on him cause he stalked me at work. He didn't pay up for helping paint. He's a slumlord!

Mr.cafer torun manage place benoit? he didnt do nothing to make that place clean and presentable.he cant even speak good english.the assistant so tiny like a dwarf that doesnt understand nothing, the janitor that look like she never took a bath for one month, smoke weed all day.what else? cockrouch everywhere just before u even step inside your house...sorry to say but this place is a real ghetto!.bus comes late all the time, addics evrywhere...no access to any store...this is like a little community where all ghetto comes together! sorry but i feel sorry for all the people that live down there.i live there couple of years ago and i left bec. of all that ###. and until now still same ###! ii feel for all of you out there. hope everythings goes well...

me to i am living place benoit 3 years .all who wtite probaly didnt pay rent i dont have no problem at all in this place i am very happy mr jeff working very hard he did alot of renovation in this place .place is best center of everything.this place is for family everything perpect.

It is amazing area close to everything it is center of montreal.from company manager mr cafer jeff torun very good person if any problem company fix it rigt away.he is care of this place very well. I am happy to stay this place.i have only problem here bus time. if I walk metro du college its take 12 min. If I wait bus every 15 min coming.so bus should be pass every 5 min.I spoke with mr Torun.he said they appied already to st city more bus .Any way i think he can not do more than this .Thank you any way Mr. Cafer Jeff Torun .You are working to make best Place Benoit in Montreal.I AM glad to you are manager to my apartment

hello, this is for everybody to know the truth, there is no filipino women living in that apartment but a spanish lady, she is very nice the name is sharon, very quite and only say hi, hello, i dont know her surname but she has a very nice family, .., i recently living in place benoit for over 5 years, and knowing what happen really hurts me bec, they are very nice spanish people...i was there when that incident happen..., very unhuman...i dont wanna get into trouble writing here but people has to know the truth, mr. cafer torun is the new owner of place benoit, he has no respect for people in this little building and the janitor that never clean and pick up garbage...i feel sorry that this happen to that lady, if i were you i will complaint and get the best lawyer for them to pay what they did to you...by the way, im only finishing my lease and im happy to move out a here! never again living in place benoit! best of luck to you sharon, i hope you still remember me...
