Tomtop Group / they have the poorest customer service!

They delivered my order pretty fast but one item was missing and after I contacted TomTop they promised to ship the missing item as soon as possible. That did not happen, because several days later they contacted me and said that it was no longer available. Their rep said that refund was not possible in my case (they did not explain anything) and said that they'll contact the manufacturer. That was just another empty promise and they never did anything to help me.
When I contacted them again and told them that I was already tired of waiting, they only said that I need to be more patient. They have the poorest customer service I have ever seen! Avoid at all costs!
