Purchased 4 dresses in august. Returned what I thought was all of them turned out I forgot one.
I sent to them separately on 9.26.18 & still no refund for the 4th dress! I have sent 4 emails & all they say is you received your refund! Yes on three dresses but not the fourth! No phone # to speak to someone is ridiculous! Never again!!! Poor customer service
