Here's a copy of this evening's LiveChat conversation that I had with a Thrive Market Customer Service Representative. Unreal.

I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a second complaint, my credit card company to dispute this company's "membership" fee, and my lawyer to see if it's even legal for a digital company to not offer any digital option for canceling a login or "membership fee" online.

seems to me you got the sales dept. not the right person to deal with account or membership dispute
I would see what the credit card company does, do they investigate and get refund? or what will they do?
has this company done the refund?
just my thoughts on this
but I do think they need to be dealt with with legal action if they fail to do refund as promised
