I bought a mug over two months ago and you cannot read the type. I called multiple times, emailed at least 20x, and I believe they ignore you until you go away.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in California, MD Shameful company with substandard products and a non-existent customer service department. Shame on them. it's not the $20 I paid for it, it's the principle of the matter. They promise they will have someone contact me and they never do. you can only reach sales on the phone (of course) and not customer service (of course). SCAM
