I ordered and paid for a prom dress for my daughter on April 15, 2012. TBDress's website stated that I would receive the dress within 8 days. I have not received the dress, I had to buy my daughter another dress. Prom was last night. I have sent numerous e-mails to TBDress, they state NOW that the dress is finished and if I want a refund, I would only get the s/h back. I unfortunately did not read the return policy or the numerous complaints beforehand. Planning on selling the dress when or if it does arrive. Hope his deters others from getting taken by this co.
