Llevo pagando por 3 años el préstamo con giros de correo y enviándolo priority.
La carta se recibió el sábado. Estaban cerrados y dejada en un buzón q ustedes tienen para esos fines.
Al día de hoy martes los giros no han sido cambiados. Estarán esperando que llegue el día 22 de octubre para cobrarme el intento de forclosure?
Me comerán el teléfono o me contestaran los correos electrónicos que les envió!
Acabada de operar de cáncer de seno.

On september 5 2023 at 3:30 pm.. I went to swe homes located at 6101 west park ste 400.. To take in my mortgage payment for the month of august I was behind... So when I got there mrs. Maria account specialist refuse to take my payment because she said I was behind 2 month I told her I am behind 1 month I am here today before 6 pm to give you my payment for the month of august 2023 she would not accept it... Swe do not care about the tenant or the people who buys property from there lender... Can someone direct me to someone I can talk to because I feel like I am being discriminated against... When I go into the office I do not feel comfortable with giving them my money I been in my home for 12 years and I feel like my mortgage has not moved not a bit... I really need assistant with this if anyone can help let me know... I do not know whats going on at swe but I feel like it is not right...

Hable con la empleada Maria por cierto muy malcriada y grosera.

Parece q se molesto pq estoy haciendo gestiones de contratar a un abogado a ver si le explican a el lo que no me pueden explicar a mi. Y me dijo ella " haga lo que quiera" pues si hago lo que quiero y a lo q tengo derecho. Estoy cansada de las humillaciones y el maltrato de los empleados de SWE HOMES. Soy una anciana de 65 años y merezco respeto no y q no me humillen. Q se creen q soy india pq no hablo inglés? Soy puertorriqueños y ciudadana americana. Así q suave con el maltrato. No soy ciudadana de segunda clase! Esta claro eso?

Llame hoy para recibir orientación sobre unas dudas q tengo y David molesto e incomodo por mis preguntas me dijo q "podemos estar todo el día explicando y usted no va a entender" obvio términos legales no entiendo y solo solicito respuestas a todas mis dudas. Pero nada. No quiero ni voy a llamarlos referente a mis dudas sobre la entrega de este terreno. Solo necesito q me digan en que página yo puedo verificar cuando mis pagos lleguen y se acrediten a la cuenta. Donde verifico esa información y los pasos que debo seguir para obtener los datos q necesito. Soy paciente de arritmia cardíaca y cada vez q llamo paso un mal rato pq les molesta q uno les pregunte sobre procedimientos que ustedes son lo que saben.

Hola. He pagado mi préstamo con recargos por una situación personal desde septiembre 2022 la cual informe a SWE homes. Sin embargo me refirieron notice of default a pesar q he continuado haciendo los pagos con el correspondiente recargo cada mes. Tengo q pagar además la cantidad de $325 + late fresco $37.43, cuando me dijeron q los late fresco eran $20.22. Tuve un problema con mi pensión del gobierno de PR. y la recibo en febrero 2023. Y he dejado hasta de comer para cumplir con el pago del préstamo y cada vez son más cargos y cargos interminables. Este cargos extra me cubre hasta enero 2023. Hasta cuando por favor.

Please please please do not buy a home from these people. They will sell you a home for a low down payment because they take advantage of your financial situation. The company that they fiancé with through the private lender is Freemont Capital. They will not allow you to refinance. If anything is wrong with the home you are responsible for making repairs out of pocket and they do not put you name on the title so you can sell or get a loan to make the necessary repairs and renovations. I promise you living in a property and buying from these people has been a total nightmare. My family is in ruins because the home we thought we were purchasing that was in good condition is actually not as good as we thought and we are forced to stay here without all of the living amenities a home should provide. I have never missed a payment each time the escrow goes up I meet the payment changes all to be tested like a person who has no rights.

Compre un terreno el 2020 con el fin de pasar mi retiro en se lugar. Trabaje como oficial de probatoria por 30 años en PR. Pague sin haber vivido ahí 750 de la junta de residentes. Me hablaron de los costos del alegado POA pero jamás pensé q era tanto dinero. Pues el año pasado solo pagué la junta. Ahora en enero 2022 recibo una carta de la Adm. Donde me informan q este año el costo del POA es 1,100 y de la junta 1,200 anual estos costos crecen y aumentan todos los años. He realizado múltiples gestiones y han sigo infructuosas. Ahora no me encuentro en Texas. Estoy en PR. Y le puse el for sales al terreno no aguanto más. Le escribí el gobernador de texas y el alcalde de liberty. Aparente son entes privados y hacen lo q le da la gana. No están regulados por nadie. Hicieron una reunión de junta con los residentes y no me invitaron pero tampoco dejaron hablar a los q asistieron. Por favor ayúdenme a vender ese terreno. No quiero saber ninguno. Solo quiero salir de esto. El Sr Scot Wizig tiene 7 demandas en houston y la página The Preserve hablan mal de sus empleados. Son unos irrespetuosos. Les escribo y no me contestan. Espero demandar por daños pronto. Espero x mi pensión en PR para irme a resolver alla.

I have been working with an attorney trying to get possession of my parents home for years. My sister and I got outside financing and SWE Scott Wizig would not excepted it because he double the price and and wanted us to in house fiance with his outrageous fees. The house can not pass inspection or be appraise at what he trying to sell it to me for. The previous company that bought the home in a tax auction had a contract ready for me to purchase the house. SWE will not honor it even though we have it in writing and he bought the company from them. This company is a rip off and they do not try to help other. This guy has gotten rich and gotten away with it.

SWE Homes, in no exaggeration, is ruining my life and entire future, period. I should be happy and fine right now, my mortgage paid off and in the cute, little home nearby, I had found to buy, that was such a great, affordable deal...I was just so excited. Things after my very upsetting divorce and other really difficult hardships over the past two years, were finally coming around and I was happy. And excited for the future...but instead, despite the fact that I had / have a signed contract for a deal with a buyer, patiently waiting through all of SWE's BS, that they stall you with, when you try to escape their predatory foreclosure traps, they set immediately after buying your loan for probably pennies on the dollar, plus a handful of backup buyers, all checking in regularly, just in case there is a chance, they could buy my little beach house...instead of allowing that to happen and letting me live my little life, they are foreclosing me instead...lied to me the whole time, right up until the hearing date, I had no idea about, they had set to be the first step of totally destroying me, while telling me everything was fine and they didn't know why I hadn't got that pay out amount yet...they will sure check though and expedite that for me, sure, no problem!...right.

So, simply paying them what I "owe" them, which includes the already, grossly inflated, most recent total, I was lucky enough to finally know a few months ago ($40, 000 of fees added within a two month time period...$40, 000...that would put most people upside down right there), but instead of just paying it and moving on, had they ever given me my final payoff sheet, I kept requesting, so I could...pay it...it would have been a big blow to the bank account from what I have earned, deserve and what was expected, since it is mine, well until they decided to steal it, but I would have, at least, survived and been able to move on and have some sort of good life still, but no. They will not be satisfied until I am homeless and penniless, literally and they have ripped to shreds, any chance for the life, I worked so long and so hard for, entirely, left instead, with absolutely nothing and soon, nowhere to even go, or put my things and dogs or sleep...which is apparently, their goal and what they get rewarded for, especially if they can do it in record time! Super kudos for that one...they didn't stand a chance, line 'em up and knock 'em down, alright! Way to go! ...is how their "sales" meetings must go, beyond sleaze.

Basically, this entire company, every single one of them that I dealt with, except for Jose, in foreclosures, ironically, are cold blooded, ruthless, just evil, phony, greedy, dishonest people, who do not care about you or your family or what is right or wrong or even true or lies. I have left out some other truly, unbelievable things they did, since this is quickly getting very longwinded, apologies, but beware...I cannot warn you enough and I have never written a negative comment about any company before in my life, but these people...they are your worst nightmare and will shatter all your hopes and dreams, gladly and before you even know what hit you and they use the legal system and the courts to do it, the very people who are supposed to be there to protect you. It is disgusting.

I signed the contract with SWE Homes. This company didn’t send monthly statements and I was shocked when I asked about these statements, the agent simply placed me on hold. They are unfriendly and don’t want to solve problems. I called them every day within the week, but it was impossible to reach these guys. I am so upset about this situation and want terminate the contract.
