Sunvis/Klarna — Pay after delivery option unethical
Order 30.03.17; number lb1cwntj-1: resolution - refund of £4 delayed payment fee.
I made this order & did not receive the email the company claims was sent. I do not provide the email that they claim was linked to the order & can only assume they gained this from an old cookie perhaps? following receipt of the item i revisited the site to check how payment worked and tried their online chat service but no one responded so i logged off. They have now sent a hard copy bill with an additional delayed payment fee. I feel the information on payment instructions & deadline should appear at point of purchase. I've subsequently checked trash & spam folders but can find no trace of any email from klarna or sunvis.
