Spanx / Failure to take accountability for mistake

Had an absolute HORRID experience via their ebay store. They sent me the wrong item, to which I inquired about getting refunded. Their first response to my email was that I needed to ship the item back to them, and to do so within 14 days. I followed their requirements, however, they later replied saying that they would refund me the item, but not the shipping. They essentially stole money from me, as they fail to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part, and state that I SHOULD HAVE WAITED?! despite their first message to me. Moreover, every response thereafter has been from a different person. This is the WORST customer experience I HAVE EVER HAD!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
