I need to pause my subscription. I purchased the pro account monthly for my son. I no longer want to pay for this. I can not log in. My phone number is [protected]. He will not provide me the login information needed to cancel. Thank you for your help.

I'm writing this complaint about an account the name is jordan pitts user-[protected] I believe, He is very vulgar and disgusting he degrades females, especially my daughter which two of his songs are titled hayley, I'm appalled that you allow this on here.He pretty much bullies females on her and it's just wrong if you listen to any of his music you will understand. I Hope that either he's kicked off, his account is deleted, including those songs so he can't treat females like this any longer, Thank you.

Hello. I am disturbed and quite frankly disgruntled by the fact that whenever I want to play some of my favorite songs almost half of them either skip to different parts of the song or don't even play at all. What's worse is that the songs that don't work right are the ones that I like the most. I need you guys to fix this problem and soon, because quite frankly, listening to music isn't fun anymore...

Last update was terrible and because of that I can't use my SoundCloud. It is full of bugs and very slow. I contacted SoundCloud support and told them that I was not satisfied with the latest update and asked for recommendations how to get the previous version back. They never replied!
That is a total disrespect!
I was a long time user of SoundCloud and paid for their service and what I received? I'm deleting my account!
They simply don't care about their users.

Alright, so I uploaded a track to Soundcloud about a month ago (March 6, 2016) and have been working extremely hard on promotion for it. I have a Pro Unlimited account and in my stats it says I got 18.7k plays in the last week. My song is correctly tagged as Dubstep and even though the 50th track on the Dubstep charts got 17.3k plays in the last week (and mine got 18.7k plays in the last week) my track is not there. My track is tagged correctly and my listeners are engaging with the track (For example my track has 546 likes, 239 reposts and 24 comments right now) but my track is not showing up on the Soundcloud Dubstep charts. I have spent countless hours promoting this track and I am not pleased and am frustrated that my track is not showing up in charts when it deserves to be there.

I used SoundCloud and bought their pro plan account. Used it for about a week and then something happened and I no longer was able to access my account. I contacted SoundCloud customer service and asked for help. They said that they will check on my account and promised to contact me back later. Waited and waited and it seemed that they forgot about me. I called again and they said that they need more time. And the same result. I guess these guys really don't care, they just got the money and that's it.
What a scam!
