this company is very unethical there main way of making money is extorting content creators.. For example if a content creator finds something then shares it with credit what viral hog does is contacts the video holder to lease a lisence. (where original video person gets a %). Then viral hog puts a strike on your account which then may suspended or even be perm disabled... Then viral hog asks to pay a huge ransom to remove the strike...

Why i say this is unethical like in my case i haven't made a single dime not only that after i tell them this they then give me even more copyright strike (7) without warning...! to make even more money.. I sure aint paying them a dime...

This is just one thing they are also known to not pay $$ once you license to them... Not only that they pay penny's per housands of views and use a excuse saying since you haven't reached a thresshold x amount so we can't pay you...

My best advice is use any other company but viral hog they are very well known to cheat and deceive people once you sign the contract with them.

(Viral hog is a extortation company) if you are selling video to these guy's google them this company has a bad reputation filing copyright complaints(taking down all video's from social media) and then claiming revenue from fines. Simply google.

I run a meme page no ill intent and non profit just make people laugh spent time building the page now they have put a strike on my page without any warning to take the video down In my opinion this company is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. After I posted a video and it received views, the video was bought by Viralhog. ViralHog did not contact me to take down the video (which I would have gladly did). When I asked them why they didn't contact me they gave a very RUDE response saying they don't have to give me the privilege of asking me to take it down. But the real reason they put the strike on my page rather than asking me to take it down, was so they can EXTORT me for $200.

Viral Hog unlawfully appropriated my video and subsequently reported my business to Instagram for alleged intellectual property copyright infringement. As a result, my Instagram account, which had over 100K followers, was unjustly removed.

I am writing to appeal for your assistance in a matter of great concern that pertains to the disabling of my Instagram account, JetLifeTravel_. I am the owner of JetLife Vacations Travel Agency, and my Instagram account is a crucial part of my business's online presence.

The reason for my complaint is that my account was disabled due to an alleged violation of Instagram's Intellectual Property policy. However, there is a significant lack of evidence to support these allegations, and I strongly believe that my account was unjustly disabled. I want to bring to your attention the following points:

1. Lack of Ownership Proof: The individuals making these claims, namely Viral HOG and Audry, have failed to provide any substantial evidence demonstrating that they are the rightful owners of the video content in question. There is no conclusive proof that I stole their content.

2. Seven Years of Hard Work: Over the course of seven years, I painstakingly built up my Instagram account, investing considerable time and effort into its growth. Despite amassing millions of views, Instagram has not compensated me in any way. However, instead of receiving the support I deserve, my account was arbitrarily disabled due to unverified allegations.

3. Extortion Threats: I routinely receive numerous messages from Instagram scammers attempting to extort my business. These scammers mistakenly believe that I am profiting from my Instagram account, which has led to threats of reporting me if I do not comply with their demands. It is essential to note that I have been a target of these extortion attempts.

4. Inadequate Investigation: Instead of conducting a thorough and impartial investigation into the allegations, Instagram opted to deactivate my account solely based on the claims of a single individual who asserted that I used their video without authorization. There is a severe lack of substantial evidence to support their allegations.

As a growing minority-owned business, I already face challenges and disadvantages in the business world. I am not seeking any special privileges but simply requesting the reinstatement of my Instagram account. The disabling of my account has severely impacted my business's visibility and outreach.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring that a fair and comprehensive review is conducted by Instagram. My goal is to have my account reinstated so that I can continue to promote my legitimate business and support my community.

i gotta say, ViralHog is the real deal. i had a video that i thought was pretty funny and decided to submit it to them. the process was super easy and they got back to me pretty quickly. they were really nice and helpful throughout the whole thing.

I tried to reason with them through email, but all I received were lame corporate responses. It was frustrating because I felt like they were not taking me seriously. Eventually, they just sent me their legal office email, which made me even more frustrated.

What's worse is that they now have my personal information, and I have no idea what they will do with it. It's a scary thought, and I wish I had never dealt with ViralHog in the first place.

Overall, I would not recommend ViralHog to anyone. They seem like a sorry excuse for a company, and I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their time and energy dealing with them.

I recently licensed a video with ViralHog and was excited to see it posted on various sites, especially on Facebook. However, I soon realized that not all of these sites had paid for a license to use my video. I was disappointed to see my video posted everywhere without receiving any compensation for it.

I decided to take action and started sending ViralHog links to the stolen copies, but unfortunately, they did not take any action. Even after nine months of sending those links, ViralHog only removed a couple of them. There are still dozens of stolen copies that are up and gaining more and more views and shares.

I wrote a review on Trustpilot to share my experience, but to my surprise, it was removed within hours. Trustpilot asked for proof that I had dealt with ViralHog, and I provided solid evidence to them. They put the review back up, but ViralHog reported it again. I provided more evidence to Trustpilot, and they put it back up, but ViralHog reported it again, and now it's been removed permanently.

This experience has made me question the integrity of both ViralHog and Trustpilot. It seems that ViralHog has been harassing me wherever I try to review them. They seem to think that they are angels and that no one is allowed to be unhappy with their greedy service.

Overall, I would not recommend using ViralHog. They do not seem to care about their customers or protecting their content. It's disappointing to see a company that claims to be a leader in the industry act in such an unprofessional manner.

So, I had this video that I got permission from the creator to post. It got a lot of views and then ViralHog bought it from me. I was surprised that they didn't even contact me to take it down. When I asked them about it, they were so rude and said they didn't have to ask me to take it down. But the real reason they didn't ask me was so they could extort me for $200. I did some research and found out that most of their revenue comes from copyright infringement claims. They don't even tell the seller of the videos before buying them. It's not even in their contract or paperwork with the seller.

Viralhog told me that if I wanted to keep the video up and have them take the copyright infringement strike off, I would have to pay them $200. That's just extortion! I'm an older woman who makes cooking videos and funny animal videos, and they're trying to take advantage of me. They keep saying it's legal, but just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right. They're ruining people's livelihoods by putting copyright infringement strikes on their pages. They have over 4 million followers and they're making a lot of money from their videos and from scamming people with copyright infringements.

I'm raising my grandkids and now my page can't get revenue for 7 days because of this. Facebook stopped my monetization for 7 days, which is really going to affect me. I only made $1.46 off of that video and they want to extort $200 from me. It's just not right.

Viralhog is a terrible company with very low morals. Who steals money from a grandmother? I have over 75K followers on all my social media sites and I'm going to tell all of them about the bad business practices of Viralhog. I'll keep doing it every single day until my copyright infringement strike is over, even if it takes a whole year.
