SkyNet / skynet (kluang branch) employee's bad attitude

I was so disappointed with the service provided by one of your employees in Kluang Brach. He is a guy with long hair. Previously we encountered problems like delay delivery and your system wasn't updated. We understand that sometimes there will have some technical problems. Since our customer complaints about the delay, we need to show them the proof that we did send the product to your company. That is why we always ask your employee to write down the details like date and time, sign on the stamp and name or ic if possible, but your employee refused to do so. He even raised his voice and said we are very troublesome. I don't think we deserve this kind of attitude. I hope to receive your reply and information about the action to be taken. Thank you
