SerenataFlowers / my flowers were delivered to the wrong address!

I ordered flowers from this website and did not receive anything and only lost my money. When I contacted them and told that flowers did not arrive they were surprised to hear that and said that order was delivered. I told them again that I did not get my order and they promised to find out what happened. Later they contacted me and said that flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and they said that they were not able to do that and offered me a discount on my next order. I refused.
Stay away from these people!
