I find the recent commercial depicting a woman doing backflips in her underwear while supposedly waiting for her deodorant to dry to be demeaning to women. There are strippers who do acrobatics like this at bachelor parties. I would not buy Secret product for this reason.

Ok so they really should be more careful about how things are worded in commercials, but the stations like Nickoloneon really ought to be careful about what the commercial is saying. I personally dont let my little ones watch anything except PBS and dvds. I am always worried about what they will see. O and to the person that said "they are JUST commercials": To my three year old they are not just commercials! She is innocent and I like to keep it that way, besides who doesn't watch TV? Most everyone does and if you are like me you pay for it monthly! We ought to have more of a say in what those stations are allowed to put on the air. Granted there should be channels just for adults, but when they are geared toward our children it matters BIG TIME! I dont know about yall but I dont want my little ones growing up too fast!
Shut Up Everyone! What it wrong with you? They're just commercials. Hello people, if you don't like em, then don't watch t.v. Knowone's forcing you to. Get Over It!
I agree with you Secret commercials. I recently saw one on Nickelodeon where a bride and groom were together and he's getting closer and it's a good thing she doesn't smell because they just got married. This was aired at 9 am while my 4 year old was watching Go Diego and waiting for Dora to come on. To top this off their catch phrase to get you to use it is and get this "because you're hot!" What a message to send to my young daughter. NOT only am I not going to use Secret, but Nickelodeon has now been banned from my TV set. Just what is going through advertiser's minds? This commercial is not for 4 year olds. Ugh!
Do firemen offend you to? Firemen slide down brass poles - just like strippers. See how silly that sounds?
