It is very unfair that we are getting service from your guys call center. On Friday the 9th February i called and spoke to a vincent Vuma, While explaining to him i got cut off, i called back and asked to speak to him again and i was told he is not available. The lady whom i spoke to was very arrogant and somehow i got cut off. the last person i spoke to was a Vuyo who asked me to send a detailed email explaining my problem, i sent the email yesterday. her email adrs is she has not responded to the email i sent yesterday and today. in the meantime i still have an urgent matter that needs full attention and i have no confirmation as to whom is handling the matter.
