The person Mr Deepak Kanyalal Nandwani (ex-MD of the above company) is currently in Singapore as he was required to report back to Singapore to face the bankruptcy charges that have been filed by several businessmen and banks for unsecured loans in 2012.
He had in the past committed very serious offenses including being a mastermind of a fraudulent mail order business in 1986 under San Tennis LLP.
He had used a forged passport to escape detention in Aruba in 1987.
He has been accused of cheating several hundred victims and escaping with more than 3 million US dollars of funds in 1987.
