repoed my car without any notice, before and/or after

Repoed my car after making payments for 6months straight, with a $3000 down payment plus dealership asked me for $1500 more, thinking about if now, $3000 down should of been sufficient enough, first time buyer or not. Took advantage of a first time buyer and slapped me with a 48% interest. What a crook. He kept saying, I'm here to take care of you. This dealership is
