On April 7/16 I ordered 4 bathing suits and paid in full with my visa.
It is now July 13/16 and I still have not received the order.
The tracking number they gave me is bogus. It does not work, never did.
When I finally contacted them via email (after a frustrating week of trying to find a contact to inquire about) they continue to send me emails in broken English and ones that do not make sense.
Things like" what you want us to do for u? " X 5 times
you have not receive the order? X4 times
our shipping apartment is checking, pls wait X 3 times
And many more. I suspect they are stalling for some reason.
This company cannot possibly be legal. I have read dozens and dozens of reviews and complaints all with the same scenario. How can this be allowed to happen?

    Plus they used your name (of course they messed it up) on their website giving glowing reviews. They are the worst! My tracking number states my item is in Germany as of 5/26/2016 and it is now the end of July.

    Can anyone provide an email address that actually goes to them that you do not have to sign on to there website??
