transfered money for goods and no response or goods recieved after several email. funnily enough they have no address or telephone number and their whole company are thieves. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THEM
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Highly recommend, ordered two different orders and both came v quickly and excellent product. Honestly this website perfect guys, genuine website and discreet packaging.

I was just researching about research chemicals vendors and it seems that they are pretty hard to be trusted, i also came across this article http://www.ehealthtbi.com/a-matter-of-confidence-can-online-rc-stores-be-trusted/ which might help anyone looking for a trusted vendor and what to look out for etc. it's an interesting read. We need to iron out the scammers!

Similar story. I've dealt with this company before which was a factor given the recent change in legal position. They took my money by Bank transfer quick enough but then I didn't get any goods or a reply to numerous mails until today - then they give me a link which doesn't work. Their home page says they will give refunds - we'll see and I'll happily post a correction if my money is returned... Tanya
Have you looked at their website, it states
"Due to the UK ban on the 16th April, we have had to stop selling all related products.
Any orders that have not been fulfilled . We will process a full refund. This should be processed within the next 48 hours.
We hope you understand that we are still very busy, but would assure you that we are doing our best to deal with all the emails we are receiving.

They must have been busy over the last couple of weeks, due to this ban. I am sure they will catch up on the admin and refunds.
It might be a better idea emailing them again, before posting on these forums. I notice theor contact form is not working. But they have put their email address on the site info@research-chemicals.co.uk
They said they sent my order but I never got it, they claim they will replace and repost free of charge if it goes missing or lost but they do not do that nor they answer my emails anymore, now just waiting pn the fraud suit, a friend order something and got something totally different (a third of the value ordered), their site is down unexpectedly and they make themselves unreachable, they are not realiable at all.
