I rec'd an email on 10/18/19 stating order #RSB51478 was shipped. My credit card was charged. I did not order these items. The items on the order are Madras Curry Powder, Apple Pie Spices, and Paella Seasoning. I do not see a client number on the order. I contacted the company by Facebook messenger. I was told by messenger that I had an active subscription & the items were shipped, hence a recent order renewal. I did not order these items. I placed an order about a year ago for other spices & I have not ordered anything since. I requested any subscriptions be cancelled. I want a refund for the items in order RSB51478 that I did not order. I've listed this category as food. I feel like I have been scammed. Raw Spice Bar does not have a phone number to contact them. My only way to contact them was through Facebook messenger.

Been with them for years and they had great spices. Last year got a birthday gift of a one year subscription. Barely got the first one, second one came on time, and the third and fourth quarters are MIA after multiple email exchanges (it's coming, be patient, we were out of containers...?!?!?). Seriously please never ever do business with them. I'm so tired of following up, I just want them to refund the gift.

Don't know what I was thinking when I subscribed to them. First of all, they took my money right after I clicked the submit button. Very fast.
What's the point of this subscription? I got nothing one month later, got nothing two months later. Nothing at all.
I don't think they deserve good feedbacks treating customers this way.
I highly recommed avoiding this company.

I ordered some sample spices and a quarterly subscription. Despite promises on the website, I did not receive a tracking number. My order was supposedly "fulfilled" a month ago, but I have not received anything in the mail. I have also received no responses to email asking for resolution on the issue. I only hope that I will be able to cancel the subscription. I will reach out to my credit card company to cancel any further charges.

I have been receiving spice packages regularly, thanks to my son who bought me a subscription. Right now I have more spices than I need. I would like the subscription cancelled. I spoke with my son and he was unsuccessful in canceling. Please cancel my subscription or answer back with instructions on how to do so.

Do not order anything from this terrible website, they do not deliver orders! Me and my friend ordered from this website and we did not receive anything. RawSpiceBar is a true scam, they stole our money! When I contacted customer service they said my order was on its way and will be here any time soon. They said the exact same thing to my friend too. We waited patiently but nothing arrived. When we asked for a refund they said no. Thinks twice before you order from this fraudulent seller!

I received this RawSpiceBar subscription as a gift from my husband. I was really excited to get and try all these spices. My first shipment was supposed to arrive in May, but I received it only in July. They said they had some problems with the delivery.
It is now August and in total I was supposed to get 4 shipments, but received only one. When I contacted RawSpiceBar they said I'll get all the spices any time soon, but still nothing. I'm very disappointed that my husband wasted his money on this junk site. I don't want to tell him anything because he'll be really upset.
I would not recommend RawSpiceBar to anyone.

I really love to cook and when I found RawSpiceBar website I decided to order some spices from them. I've signed up for their service back in April and made my first order. Three months already passed and I still haven't received anything!
I contacted customer service via email but they did not reply. Then I went online and found their Facebook page and left a comment there. Soon I received a message from RawSpiceBar representative who asked me to email them as soon as possible. So I sent them an email and no one replied. Seems like a scam.
