[Resolved] Rak Bank / rude talking and shouting on phone.

I was delayed payment on credit card only for a month, im willing to pay everything and closed this credit card once my loan was release. But this agent name saleem called me using the number [protected] started shouting at me and talking so rude.he is forcing me to pay ay 6:30 evening same day. This is not the proper way of talking to costumers the fact that they are gaining monthly interest with us. I will close this card and make sure that there will be actions to this.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    Dear Team,
    My self Prathap I don't have any relation with RAK Bank,
    I'm getting harassing calls from the collection team saying some of my relative has took some loan which I don't aware about it. I'm getting the calls from the below numbers.
    +971 55 227 2810, +971 55 448 2507 and person by name Ahmed Ali.
