Quilted Northern - Shorter cardboard rolls
I have used your product for years and like it a lot, however because you have chosen to shorten your cardboard roll by about 1/2 inch it no longer works in my spring loaded toilet paper holder. It falls right out. I don't know why you shortened it, but I will not be able to use your product any longer.
