Proviation Ltd / Fraud
I have placed an order for ASA-HS1-A.001 Passive Headset on21.07.2013 with Proviation, and after several delays was informed that theirsupplier run out of stock.
I than requested refund which never materialise. Nick Ross (owner)was not responding to emails (guy named Alex did several times) in 99% of thecases, none was picking up the phone or responding to voicemail. Month a halfago, after I threatened to inform Trading Standards, Office of Fair Trading andother bodies, Nick paid me back £25, and promised the rest soon afterwards.
Since 11.02.2014 their website is is stating that "Asof 11 February, we have received news that we cannot accept credit or debitcards through our existing provider"(http://proviationshop.co.uk/shop/page/39?sessid=aewAMv9wREt5lnOzHTzQjWTFxvE2Kt2krlR0vXVdivmX2rFxKUt5jdsyZTBKL0NA&shop_param=).Obviously, they are not responding to calls/emails anymore.
My intention is to get in touch with police and check on myoptions.
