In June, I ordered on-line and paid for 7 golf clubs from this company in Auburn Hills, MI. Their website indicated the clubs were shipped in about 2 weeks. After a month, nothing arrived. so I e-mailed them to find out what happened. They then stared lying to me about re-shipping the order, through July and August. Now they don't answer my phone calls or e-mails. They have scammed me out of >$200.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I just wanted to let you know that I received the clubs yesterday afternoon. They are fantastic! I went to the local "Pitch & Putt" to try them out immediately and was very pleased with them. Well the verdict is in, I think I am going to really like the new clubs. I am not a big believer in the "have to get used to" theory, I am a good bowler and have taken new balls out of the box and thrown 700's with them. But that being said with the 1" shorter and the 4 degree negative lie, something I have never had, it took me a couple of times. Now everything is fairly straight ( a little draw which is good) and I am getting the distances down. Shot a 39(4 over) and a 41(5 over) in back to back rounds, so I am very happy and there is room for more improvement.
I may be looking for a couple of wedges, do you have ones that match the BMT S550's?
I will do some investigating on my own also.

I just wanted to tell you one more time how much I love my new clubs I got from you. They definitely go farther than my ping eye 2's and when I miss hit them just a tad and watch the flight, I have been shocked on more than one occasion how the ball makes it to the green anyway. The sand wedge has become my favorite club. Just letting it fall on the ball using it's own weight has improved my short game. Anyway, since I play almost everyday, these clubs have drastically improved my life, and I didn't think leaving good feedback on Ebay was enough. So THANKS PS I you happen to come up with a couple of 34 3/4 RBZ regular flex 65gram pullouts, I need them for the other 2 heads.

Very good club, it performs well, goes about 20 yards further, goes pretty straight, sounds better than most titanium drivers, and this shafts rebounds guickly.I have a sort of jerKY swing, totally homemade, and this works well for me. Thanks.
I got to play my 3 wood today.You claim it hit strait, wrong it hits perfectly you could hang your laundry on the shot.I have never hit a 3 wood this strait before, my distance is good.I am a high handicapper and I am very happy with the club
