I order Dom - Invincible 38mm Tungsten watch online and pay by credit card. It was promise by Nigel Saville that the watch will be deliver within 21 working days but it has been more than 30 working days no parcel received yet. I already checked with local post office, customs but no news. requesting Nigel to refund my money….

Please do accept our sincere apology for what have happened.

This is something that rarely happens and we would like to amend it by giving you either of the 2 options below:
1. We can process a reshipment of the same items for free, or;
2. We can provide you a store credit with the same amount and use it to place a new order on a different item that you might like on our website.

Whichever you choose, we will have it processed immediately.
We will wait for your response.

any update on the status of your order. I would be worried too if the same thing happened to me. Upon
checking, no update has been posted since the package left our warehouse.

We are also dependent on the same tracking information that the carrier provides. Sometimes the carrier
doesn't post updates but packages still get delivered. Please extend your patience and wait a few more days for the package to arrive.
