This information is for anyone who has been scammed by the distributors of Ultimate Green Tea! The following is the contact info for this company. They are LEGALLY responsible to compensate you for all illegal Credit Card Fraud, that you did NOT authorize! Have your attorney send them a CEASE and DESIST letter and quote Arizona Revised Statutes, ARS *13-2105 and ARS *44-1522.

Ordered a free trial of the tea capsalse and tried to cancel and no information or else hidden pretty good for cancelling.
I tried twice but I now have been charged for 2 bottles at 79.95 each.

This companie charges you 79.00$ for something you do not get and gives you an E-Mail address that is not there. you cannot get in touch with them. W hat a rip off.

I emailed and called the company left messages that I did not want any additional products as there product made me sick, with stomach cramps. HondiaFen weight loss

I received an other shippment of the product yesterday 4-14-08 I notified the company on April 6 not to send any more products.

There are other complaints about this company on the web. I feel this is a scam and someone should do something about this company with their bad business practices.

I but the charge on my american express account an they will help me stop any further billing in the meanwhile there are other people that need help with this company

I cancelled upon receiving my first ten pills and have been charged now for two month more of 79.95. I live on fixed budged and can not afford this mess.

I did not authorize this company to deduct 79.95 monthly from my account. I never even received the "free" sample that I did order for just s&h. When I called their customer service dept I was told that the product was shipped by ordinary mail and that if I didn't call to cancel the order the monthly payments continue. I was then hung up on.

I was sent a sample of the green tea that I didn't want. When I started to fill out the information on the internet I changed my mind and deleted all the information and did not submit it, therefore I shouldn't gotten any samples at all, but I was sent the samples anyway. Also, I received a bottle of the green tea and was charged for them on my credit card. I have tried to e-mail them but the e-mail would not go through. There is no phone number to contact them. I will be contacting my credit card in order to stop this payment, because I don't want to billed monthly for these supplements that I don't want.

It took me forever to find them but i did to to this website to get the help you need to stop your credit card from being charged further! Acai berry don't fall for this scam! [protected] is the number for performace health! The real number! Save yourself!

After a free trial they keep sending the product which is to Spense for a 60 unit. the cost is $78.00 that's to much money every month.

I gave my credit card number and address to this company for samples of these two products. One was a small fee for the sample plus postage, the other was postage only. I received the products. Aweek later I received a month supply of each product. I have written this company and told them not to send anymore products and not to make any more charges on my card. The monthly supple was a charge of 19.95 for one product and 74.95 for the other.
I know now that I have made a a big mistake. These were e-mails that went into my spam and I opened them anyway.
At this time I don't know if they will acknowlege my letter and discontinue.

I got billed for 80.00 worth of meds and an registration for a product that I know nothing about. The # that was on my billing statement said it had a 45 minute waiting limit to contact them thru web site www.helpnow.com that had nothing to do with them. I contacted another company and they said that they had hacked into their computer site and got my card #, she has had several calls about this company. They referred me to my bank to cancel my card and file fraudulent charges against Performance Health and or Performance Life. i did not order this stuff and I want my 80.00 returned to my account! Take me off your listing!

Didn't order this product. Charged twice on my credit card for $74.76 each time! Called the [protected] number and was told I could not get a refund! Left my phone number for some supervisor to call me back.

I want to cancel this subscription but am not able to either by phone or e-mail. When I tried getting a phone number from information I was told there is no business with that name in Provo, Utah. I did get a phone number for Performance Health in Orem, Utah but all I get is a continual rapid busy signal. It is impossible to reach them therefore I'm calling my credit card company to have them refuse any charges from that company.

again they sent out a full bottle without me ordering it and without my permisssion charged my card making my account overdrawn and i want a refund back into my account .There was no reuest for another bottle after the sample bottle because i did not like the product. i am trying to find a number or contact information for the company to cancle and make sure it does not happen again and to make my complaint known.

I ordered a free sample of a product from Performance Health USA. I received the sample and then received 2 shipments of the product. I did not authorize these 2 shipments. They have billed me $74.95 each time. I called their number, [protected], and was told to go to their website, www.gohelpnow.com. This is not a good website. I want these shipments to stop and want my money back. What do I do to resolve this matter ?

I sent for a FREE sample of AcaiBerries, paying $5.87 for shipping & handling. Since then, our Mastercard has been charged $74.76 two times for 2 orders that I have NOT ORDERED. There is no return address on the package when sent. We have contacted our Mastercard and asked that they no longer accept this charge from these scam artists !

This brought me to a cancellation page and it was a couple of clicks and i received a cancellation email in 3 min. I hope it sticks but I am glad I have it in writing

This is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I requested a sample and not my bank account is being RAPED by this company for a product I wanted to TRY...not receive monthly.

Went to GOHELPNOW.com and submeitted reequest for refind and cancellation of my " subscription"...

CAll your credit card company as well and BLOCK any further charges. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY BOGUS

I received a sample of the Pure Asai Berry capsules and from then on receive shipments and are charged to my credit card. No invoice in the package, no one able to call and cancel.

I paid for shipping for a "free" sample of acai berry and they sent it. then I got a call asking if I was interested in more of their products. I said I was not. I now have received more of their product and I am sure they are going to charge me.

I ordered a sample bottle only of the Acai berry pills on 8-29. I paid for the shipping. I then received another bottle on 8-13. This was an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account, which in turn was charged a non-sufficient funds fee for another check. This fee was $35.00. The amount you took from my account was $79.76. This is a total amount of $114.76 that is owed to me.

I was very surprised to receive products from this company... I agreed to a free trial sample and they keep coming! I have tried repeatedly to call and they keep disconnecting me! I emailed them but was told they cannot cancel anything! I am really pissed about this... And I called my credit card company already... how can they do this?

I ordered samples of three products. Received the samples and was charged for them. I did not request nor do I want the three additional large bottles I was sent and for which I was charge $74.95. I have tried to phone the company for return instructions, but can not reach them or leave a message as their message line is full.

I will return the products and definitely want a refund of the $74.95.

Online offering diet supplements samples for inexpensive price. Then start sending more products to you that you have not ordered and charge your credit card. When you try to return them, there is nobody you can talk to get the proper information needed to return unwanted merchandise. I have alerted my credit card company and will not pay for these items as I did not order them.

I ordered the free trial bottle of Acaiberry, and was sent another order that I did not ask for. After trying in vain to E-mail the company, I tried to call them. I called several numbers and either there was no answer, or a recording which was no help at all. I finally got through(on the seventh attempt) and was able to cancel. Their return policy states that I can only return goods that were shipped after I canceled.

Hello people! I also got a sample in the mail, then got charged for a bottle I never ordered. I did get their phone # from my bank statement. I paid 3 dollars for a sample bottle. I canceled my next order the very next day after reading so many complaints - I was still sent a bottle of 60 tablets and charged 79.95! When I call - they refuse to help me or cancel. They say do it on the internet... but I can't because I do not have an "original order number".

Money was taken out of my bank account for this product I did not order. I called to ask why this had happened and got their answering service. I was also told that once the order arrive, refuse it and send it back and I will be refunded my money. Please log this complaint so that his company can be brought under investigation.

I wanted to try the green tea product for a month and be billed $3.95 and the letter with the order stated that I could cancel or unsubscribe at anytime at their website. I tried to do that but to no avail and I am trying to get in touch with this company so my credit card won't be billed for additional amount of $79.95.

I ordered the 10 day free trail from the Oprah show. When it arrived and I realized it was 10 capsules of something I did not want I spoke with two different people who assured me that any future orders would be canceled. To my surprise on the 10th day I was charged 79.95... I tried to cancel several times finally reached someone by email who sent me a link to return the item which I did.., I still have not received a refund of my monies...

I ordered only the sample of the product and they have since sent me two more full bottles of the product and I don't know yet what they have charged to my credit card for it. I need to stop it but they send no information with the pills only the pikks no account number or anything. Don't know how to stop the shipments.

I have tried for the last week to unsubscribe receiving this product for 79.95 a month plus shipping and handling. I do not have the money on my credit card. I called the credit card company to find out if there was anything I could do before there nothing I can do until I here from the tea company the website won't even come up. I don't know what I can do...

I responded to a free same, which I received. Less than 5 days later I receive a bottle of 60 tablets and I haven't even taken the first sample. I will not pay for unsolicited products and resent the assumptions. I'll keep you posted on getting a credit.

I ordered a trial of Resvpro, and gave my credit card information for shipping. I did get the trial.
I RECEIVED A BOTTLE OF RESVPRO WITHOUT ORDERING IT, AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THERE WAS NO INVOICE WITH THE ORDER. THERE IS NO WEBSITE, TELEPHONE, ETC FOR THE COMPANY THAT IT CAME FROM.
