These people keep calling, my family and employer saying they are trying to collect a debt. They have not attempted to contact me directly. When I called back, they would not give me any info on the supposed debt. It is usually a pre recorded message leaving a reference number and website details. But no information as to who they are collecting for, or the amount supposedly owed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Receiving calls on work phone, but do not address who the calls go to.. just a message! very frustrating when I am at work receiving calls that may not be for me at the front desk of this firm.
