I loaned Pat Goldhammer a substantial amount of money, my retirement fund, which was to be secured with commercial real-estate. Pat refuses to repay the loan, and I find out that the commercial property that he used to secure the loan was never owned totally owned by him. He refuses to discuss this matter and has moved out of state, whereabouts unknown. Use extreme caution in any dealings with Patrick T Goldhammer
My experiences dealing with Pat T Goldhammer have shown me that he is a LIAR, CHEAT and a THIEF. In my opinion he is a vile person and not to be trusted.. As for the above positive comment by Barbara Cloyd, some people thought that Bernie Madoff ran a good business and was a great person.. John Tessmer

I have previously posted a warning about using extreme caution when doing business with Patrick Tyler Goldhammer (now of Irvine Ca).
There have been posted on this site several glowing testimonials from people who supposedly have had successful business dealings with Mr Goldhammer. They may be true.
I will reiterate that my experience with Mr Goldhammer have shown me that he is con man and a BS artist .
No number of well written (professional?) testimonials will alter my opinion of him.

I have conducted business with Patrick Goldhammer over the last 2 decades on a multiple of real estate and mortgage related transactions. The participants of those transactions have made favorable comments about his professionalism, attention to details, and fulfilment of his duties and commitments. Never have I heard anyone express regrets or relayed incidents of being cheated, mislead, or unhappy with their dealings involving Mr. Goldhammer. He has always been a trustworthy and honest individual AND I will continue to conduct business with him indefinitely.
I originally invested with Patrick Goldhammer because of good referrals from two other colleagues in the industry in 2015.
I invested a large amount of money with Patrick Goldhammer and his team in 2015. I was very impressed with their communication and professionalism. Our Investment was satisfied in full and a month ahead of term. They give one of the best ROI (Return on Investment) that I have come across in this industry.
I have since gladly re-invested with them and receive a weekly update and pictures of the projects' progress, which is reassuring to see our investment at work. I have had great experiences working with him and his team and would highly recommend them.
