Party City — the world's worst customer service!

Cashiers are always on their phone! i live in harlem and the closest party city that has tableware in the color brown is in long island city. I was shopping for an occasion and my theme included brown cutlery and napkins. On sunday nov 26, the cashier forgot to hand me the most important items... My brown cutlery and napkins!!! due to being on her phone half the time she was checking me out. She was also not wearing a nametag but luckily the cashier next to her said her name (stephanie) i have never received such disrespect in a store. Whomever may be the manager of this location... Please tell your cashiers to have more respect at the registers and for your customers. I did not wish to come back to this location after an hour train ride back to manhattan. Worst experience ever.
