First off they are cheating the people that work for them. If you spend money with a young adult at your door know that that individual won't even see half of that. Andre Walker is a horrible person who takes advantage of the people who work for him not to mention he has sexual relationships with the young girls that work for him. He has kids on with his group that are not being look after by competent people, but by drug addicts. Parents he know that are addicts he lets them continue to work for him. He changed the name from Paragon Sales to Optimum Readers service because of internet comments and the bad name and reviews it has. All in hopes that money is better for him. This is not a group that is helping these young people but actually a disgrace on black on black interaction he use this people for the better up keep of his life but no one that works for him has any progress in their life including the managers that work under him Terry Adams of dynasty sales, Andre Banks of Banks management, Kayon Ellis of Self Starter Sales all in cooperation of taking these people for what they work so hard for. It's all unfortunate I say if you want to help them young people help them directly. Write a check to them if you want to ensure that your money helped them.
