I bought a black jade opal ring 2 years ago. It was beautiful, but unfortunately my daughter dropped it and it shattered. That is not my issue. I bought another, but did not like the shape of the opal, so I sent it back for an exchange with the website photo of what I wanted the ring to look like. They sent me another ring which had a stone that was so dark that I couldn't see it on the black jade band. Contacted customer service and asked how I could ensure that the next ring was like the one pictured on the website. They told me it was impossible for them to hand select one. I sent it back with instructions for an exchange. Instead they refunded me and told me to reorder. It was $30 more and they would not honor the price I paid initially. Her manager was at lunch, so she couldn't give me the original price of the item which I wanted exchanged but they refunded.
Bush league operation.
