Palace Hotel / Chef Jesse Llapitan review: Harassment

The head chef JESSE LLAPITAN locked my wife, an intern, into his office, turned off the lights so other employees outside the windows couldn't see what was going on and proceeded to scream at her for reasons beyond "reason". She left the Hotel crying almost every day that she was there. The chef taught her nothing beyond what she had already learned in culinary school. He refused to sign her paperwork after she insisted that her internship hours were complete. The CCA had to schedule a meeting with him to demand the paperwork in order for her to graduate. According to the CCA, it turns out that other female interns have had similar experiences.
