Yeti tumbler purchased 12/15/16 credit card was billed, but item not received. When I contacted them on 12/24 was assured it had "been shipped, but with holiday mail must be delayed"

When it still had not been received 1/05/17 I contacted company and never received reply, I have since left multiple emails and phone messages, never hearing back. Item still showing order processing when I put in my order number.
