I ordered over $250.00 worth of merchandise on December 22, 2016 from Outdoors Online .com. It's now 1/19/2017 and have not received any information on its shipping status and have not received any emails.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Antonio, TX I try to call but it says there are no customer service representatives available at this time. Please help!

    Help yourself. Call up the cc company you used to pay for the items that were never received. Its called dispute for items never received. you will get your money back bec they have to prove they sent you items which they never did. don't be scared, just do it.
