The previous response from AAA3 indicating that the person named (Shimaa Al mahdy she is operation manger in egypt [protected])is falsified information. They lied and they are doing this move again to prove the opposite.I have called this number, the person responded to me with total denial of any affiliation with OSCAR TELECOM.
Again, it is fraud and they are trying to attract more people in short period to scam them as they did to many before.
OSCAR telecom got my phone number from Farah Telecom, which might but both of them in the same side of contribution in this Fraud.
I had about 30 CAD in my account with this company, and i can't call any more, they no phone answers nor email. They just seem to have disappear.
I had over $100 credit with them. Service stopped working, then they stopped answering phone calls. I contacted them with email (billing@oscar-telecom.com) and they promised to refund my money but they never did. Now they are not even answering emails.
There has to be a way to sue this people.
I have subscribed amount of $108 CAD with this company. I was able to use it for sometime but then the phone number they give me stopped working and was not able to make any calls or use my balance. I tried to call them so so many times. I also tried to send them email with no use.
I have sat an account for long distance call of 375 $ .After few called, no number is answering. They have technical problems with many country and they refuse to pay back. Lately, they stop answering on customer telephone call. It is fraud company, be careful!
