they will ask you for hundreds of dollars to set up your site etc, ring you within a week wondering why you have not promoted your site. Ask you for thousands of dollars to take care of it all for you, and promise you training. then you will get a call from another dpt to transfer your debt to their credit card for a couple of thousand dollars, this includes registering your site as a US business and they will also protect your privacy. They do not tell you that your site will not progress, unless you hand over thousands of dollars and even then i cannot see any way of making money.

It seems a shame Tony for all the hard work and time and the initial outlay that you obviously have not read back through these pages and pages of complaints and why all these people are complaining, you also need to take special note of Stephens research and comments as he has done an amazing amount of research into this company and its many and varied names and the people behind this SCAM! For this is what it is a SCAM ! Read back over these pages as how can all these people be wrong as they have all put the time in to find no rewards at all for their efforts.GOODLUCK!

I have only just started with UWC about three weeks ago so I am quite neutral at this time. I have signed with the most frugal package and added a cheap .com personal domain which is to be hosted at the same cost. I lisyened to the starting video and felt confident. They mentioned that I would receieve a call in approx one week by an operator who did asforewarned. He spoke of extras and £££'s for them. I was disheartened and told him. He cut the call after saying I would receive a training programme instantly which he honoured. I have spent about one and a half hours a day going through it in the last two weeks and still am. It is informative telling me not only how to manage the programme but also tips and tricks of internet marketing, do and don'ts, why and what you need to be doing to get anywhere. It shows you how to change your site from spam to a niche orientated specialist website. It is worth the initial payment to learn what it is teaching. So I am not discounting it as rubbish just yet. I liken the whole situation at this time to being given a supermarket/health shop/tool store/music business and everything else all dashed into one place and I pay to put my name on the door while the landlord finds the sales team, delivery teams, pays the general costs for everyone and I do nothing but pay rent for the building and I am to receive commission on each individual sale. Unless I train and use the given knowledge to sort out my display and advertise my products in a way I decide works best I cannot expect to make sales and that is the tools that are offered. It looks like it is a lot of work to do this for one website so I can imagine the pressure given to the operators trying to have every question over a phone line answered instantly so I understand the reasons why people are asked to pay what seems like extortionate costs but if you know what you want and what you have to offer is what people want it seems totally reasonable that your own website with everything customisably thrown into a bag for you to sort out can work if you have the time to tidy up. It has taken me two weeks to come to this understanding and I am not going to trash this companies method unless I do what I need to make my own work and it does not work through any perpetrared action of dishonour from the company. So far people seem to be complaining that their monies are not transformed into profit but what are they doing to earn themselves a profit. Fair playing fields demand fair play.

Hi All, well got my money back through my bank, quite awhile ago, nearly 2years, BUT these guys/girls are still doing this and just keep changing names, email, etcetcetcetc, despite all the BBB debentures, complaints to everyone still no justice or shutdown of this organisation.Cannot anyone bring this to an end!Sad these complaints go back quite a few years, still nothing positive by authorities, not our banks except they will refund monies as they know that these people(kind words), have for a long time been doing this but will refund if asked but say nothing sadly if you are taken for your hard earned dollar.YOU HAVE TO ASK and contact them.I HAVE GOT NO SATISFACTION FROM ANYONE ELSE AT ALL VERY SADLY.TIS ALL A BIT DISHEARTENING.Good luck to all, stay true to you as you cannot fool yourself, we need to work for what we want eh.

Hi all, isn't hindsight grand! I have never allowed myself to be sucked in before but must have had a mental meltdown this time. All the time they were doing the sell I could hear the little alarm bell pealing mutely in the background but I blocked it out this time. I convinced myself that this was the real deal and jumped in, boots and all. Nearly 7 grand later and after doing some trawling through the internet I found a site for affiliate marketing set up by a guy called Allan Gardyne called associateprograms.com, there I found a wealth of information and tips from people who make their money from this kind of business, the affiliate kind not our mutual 'friend' kind. This Alllan is Australian, he also replied to my post on the forum asking for advice. There is a bucket load of self promoting but also a bucket load of FREE advice and information. It was this site that really took the 'mute' off the bell and made me search more. Hence my arrival at this site. I dealt with FOX BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. Everything they are offering for a massive amount of money can be found for a small cost or free at genuine sites, hints, tips, training etc. Unfortunately we never look for this info until we need to, some of us AFTER the fact! I am going to try to get my money back, first thing Monday is a call to my bank! NEVER again will I ignore the bell!

I too had the same experience like Joanna123. A guy from Fox Business Solutions called me early in the morning at 8am, asking why didn't I sign up despite putting my contact details down. I just got up from bed and was groggy, so I told them I haven't had the time to read the fine print and do my research... So anyway, I handed over my credit card details for USD 1.95 to be charged, thinking that amount wouldn't hurt and no harm trying it out. Until... I saw this thread! The guy said the transaction will be reflected as DP Hosting.com.
I called my bank immediate after reading this thread and seeing foxbusinesssolution.com listed by Stephen's earlier thread. Got the bank to cancel my card to prevent future charges and send me a replacement card. No charge.
I reckon I didn't do my due diligence and was dragging my feet a little, hence gave up after much persuasion. So maybe USD 1.95 is a lesson learnt!

Yah, I saw their ad on my Facebook page and clicked their link. I read the page about making money from home by affiliate on-line marketing. I filled in some of my information like name, address and phone number, but then didn't bother to put my credit card info. on there to try their trial for $1.95. I thought yah, I don't want to bother with this it might be a scam. And sure enough that evening my cell phone rang and it was them! They had taken my cell number off the net from the info I typed in on their site and called me, even though I hadn't put in my credit card info to try their five day trial thing. They said I had filled out their form but hadn't joined. And were encouraging me to try it. I told the woman that I didn't type in my cell number for them to call me! I hadn't even bothered fully finishing the form or give my credit info. on there because I had changed my mind about trying their trial and somehow they stored and kept my cell number from the unfinished on-line form and called me! The woman on the phone advised me it wasn't a scam and encouraged me to try it so I gave them my credit card info over the phone. I tried it that night and something didn't click on how one could make money from this thing. So the next morning I decided to type in their company name UWCCorp. scam and sure enough found out from what other people posted on-line about it that it is a scam! So from Facebook, to their webpage, to my partially filled out info., to a phone call from them, to my credit card - I've been scammed! Buyers Beware!

So sorry for all that got taken for thousands. And so glad to see I'm not the only stupid one. Should have done my reading beforehand. They basically find out how much room you have on your cards, then give you a discount that will fit into your limit, until you're out of funds. (They covered their butts with me, as far as a refund was concerned, they gave me 5% shares (for one month), so I "made" money). Then they refer your file to the Tax Club, who try to latch on to you to set up your tax accounts (I live in Canada, and would have to file in the US), and how nice, they have financing for whatever portion you can't come up with. Another one!

I hope more people get smart quicker than later.

I too have been scammed by this crowd. On 7/7 I had Debbie Rogers ring me and trying to push the various packages onto me. I ended up taking the basic $149 but did note that she said if I wasn't happy within 90 days or less I could get a refund. Then a week later I get a call from Frank LaRocca. I found he wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and kept calling me "young lady" which got quite annoying. He tried to push the $2400 training (telling me initially that it only costs "a couple of hundred dollars") but I told him there was no way I could afford that. He then offered me that for $1400, then $694 and finally $395 (stupid me, should have smelt a rat then & there). He told me the training was live and I was strongly under the impression that someone would call me weekly and go through the training with me. I waited at the designated time for someone to call me and dediced that it really wasn't what I was wanting to do and wanted to get out. I sent a couple of emails telling them this and then I had a call from Zac and I referred him to my emails. The next day a very rude person called Hugo rang and talked over the top of me and admonished me for daring to interrupt him and when he asked why I bothered to get involved in the first place (a good question!) he wouldn't let me finish answering him so I hung up. Next day I get a message from Gary Minor asking me to call. I spoke to my brother who is in the domain business and he did some investigating and said this was all a scam. Pity I didn't find this site beforehand! He sent an email on my behalf saying he was acting on my behalf and that I wanted a refund. He told me to ask them to delete my credit card records and I rang the bank and got my card cancelled. I've since had two messages from Gary Minor wanting me to call. I sent him an email saying that I wanted no further calls and any would be treated as harassment. My bank has offered to chase this up if I don't get a refund and I was pleased to note from a previous thread that Commonwealth bank already have this crowd listed as scammers.

Hi to all you good people, are there truly any online businesses out there without exhorbitant start up costs that are not scams or just playing the same old tune, that you can just make some extra money rewarded for the effort you put in?I to was scammed to the tune of over $4300au, but only with the full assistance like others of your dispute department of your bank will you also get your money back, do not even try to negotiate with these leeches it is just a waste of time, it takes just 45days to be resolved by your bank, of cause cancel your card as most us used them and get a new one issued.Maybe with the response on these pages maybe a few sore heads can get together and pool knowledge, resorces and come up with some positve ideas to achieve some way online that is not illegal to help make ends meet a bit more comfortably as I am sure there are really no quick get rich schemes just good ideas put together and goals worked hard for?anyone want to have a go and see what can be explored and turn a negative into a positive, not relying on a scheme to do all for you as there are plenty of those out there, as you no and they only cost you, never giving any return for real efforts, feel free to contact me if needing help with OHN or whatever name they using at the time refer to Steven excellent list of trading names on page 10 or if you are interested in exploring other legit areas surely between all complaints we must have a collective expertise in areas that can be harnessed by us and collective research also with past experience with other rip offs and maybe some legit offers, is affiliate marketing flogging a dead horse?chow for now

I have had dealings with these guys and boy are they SLICK. They sound so sincere and genuine, but you have to be firm. You can make money by the methods they are talking about (I haven't learn't how to yet, but I am researching it and there seems to be many genuine offers etc).
I signed up for the $500 startup fee and then they peppered me with calls to get started (for a whole month they didn't give up). I read reviews only after they signed me up. I went straight to my bank and disputed the payment. They have had a lot of disputes against them and luckily I have my money back.
Then when they finally nailed me down - it was to ask for more money for training. I told them no thanks and bid them goodbye.
I know there are genuine people out there and ways to make money, I will continue my search with more knowledge about scam's.

SO THEY HAVE MY CC DETAILS AND CHERGED THE $1.80, I DECLINED TO GO AHEAD WITH ANY OF THERE DEALS AND ACTUALLY SAID 'YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO DEDUCT ANYTHING FROM MY CREDIT CARD' ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY ARE NOW DEDUCTING AN APPROX AMOUNT OF $29 OR $28 PER MONTH FOR NET HOST FEES... I am going to cancel my credit card to stop them as I have no way of contacting them and by te sounds of the above complaints it wouldn't do me any good anyway...

Yep, just as I thought, a total scam. When I heard the word advertising and I later questioned OHN regarding what this means exactly, the answer was very misleading.

You can make money advertising products through associate marketing schemes. I'm doing it now promoting products with amazon.com. You don't need to pay big dollars for advertising, check some of my sites. www.GpsBuyerReview.com or www.Epson8100Review.com. Also look at www.PartsStorageSolutions.com, this is a simple one page website you can create yourself in an afternoon. If you want more info, drop me an email.

Save your money and keep away from OHN!

Hi Lunar83,

I'm assuming by now that the payment has gone through? Make sure you contact your bank and get your card cancelled. OHN will have your details now and will still have access to your account. The same thing has happened to me, and I refuse to stick around (90 days) to get my money back. I am trying to get it back now. Will have to get back to them on Monday.

All I'm trying to do is find a way of working from home and making some money at the same time, (i'm jobless at the moment), but keep getting scammers all the time. So annoying. Any real sites out there that offer genuine help?

Ofcourse I find this website after I signed up with these clowns for #377. Anyhow, I will stick with them and try to recoup some of my loss. I am not sure they are a scam, but they sure aren't helping you unless your ready for the next level. Luckily I have some internet marketing experience and will try my best. I know they won't refund me my money before 90 days, hopefully I can find after that. I will sign up with another company SFI (six figure income...sfimg.com) atleast they are BBB approved (A rating). I will have to do more research before signing up...boy they sure are persuasive...
wish me luck

Anyhow, I will stick it out with this company and try to recoup some of my costs back. i don't know if they are a scam but they aen't that helpful at making you feel comfortable you chose them. They can only help you as far as your money will let them...and that is limited until you upgrade to the next level. They are very misleading and I won't spend any more money with them...I truly have maxed out my card with these guys. I will investigate SFI (six figure income), atleast it is BBB approved with a high rating "A". I got to do better due diligence next time and watch for near scams

Hi everyone.
I think I have also been conned by OHN. Last year I bought into what they were selling, and have tried to make a website work with the templates that they sell you. I bought into the site, the "advertising", and the "coaching", and have plugged the site in various other ways after researching IM or affiliate marketing. And to this date, nothing. I complained about it and they gave me free hosting and email adverts for another year, not that that is doing any good.

I believe that affiliate marketing works, I have done it, but it sure doesn't with what they sell. They basically give you a spam website that Google wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, send out a bunch of junk email and snow ball you into believing that they make money when you make money. I figure that if that were the case, they must be flat broke by now. I am going to file a complaint and see where that gets me. Wish me luck.

thank god i read this. i had a call from online hosting network today. the guy named as ben called me, spoke to him briefly, then he put me through to the voice recording. which said you dont pay anything til your second year and even then you only pay $19.95. then i got put through to someone else (which sounded a lot like ben) who talked me through the three different packages, basic $149, standard $200 and elite $350. then asked if i had any questions. i've always been told, you ask a question and the other person does their best to answer it. but this guy avoided every question i asked and after every question asked me how im going to pay the set up fee. which sent alarm bells. i told him id think about it and then call him back but the cheeky b****** asked me again for my card details and sounded very needed, then said im going to get paid wheather you take this great oppourtunity or not(which didnt seem like the case to me). i said if im interested ill call him back. straight of the phone and i searched ONLINE HOSTING NETWORK ON GOOGLE and found this page. im so glad i did! just hope no one else falls for the scam. THIS IS WHAT I POSTED 144 DAYS AGO...GO GET EM GUYS... YOU WILL WIN!

Firstly I researched for a business listing onwww.azcentral.com
This gave me a Name of Forrest L Webb who just happens to be the main Guy for OHN trading from the same address
Then I went to : Arizona corporation commision. web site : www.images.azcc.gov
This lists all registered business in Arizona. I searched for Forrest L Webb and /or ONLINE HOSTING NETWORK...BINGO! Three directors : TIM THOMAS, JONATHON ERIC ANDERSEN & FORREST L WEBB...al are Presidents of OHN... home addresses for all three...whoopee!
I then sent an email to the only contact I had by email, who happened to be a very useless 'Trainer', who never managed to get to do any training... firstly he sent a message to say call him on the infamous 1800 number because he'd tried several times to call me with no joy. NO WONDER... stupid person wasn't ring the code for Australia
So anyway, in my last email to him I told him to get some action in refunding my money or... I would go for the Presidents/Directors...personally and individually...I also scanned a copy of a page of complaints from this website and Whala! I get a phone call from HUGO ATAYDE... who tried to give me some appeasement by offering more so called 'FREE stuff. Not buying it...Eventually an offer of $1900 refund came about..$700 short but better than nothing. I asked him to put that in writing and he sent an email saying they would refund and take the website down. so at least I have the written word!
To date I have not received any money and the website is still on line and so is mybackoffice. My bank is taking action and the Arizona Better Business Bureau is also dealing with my complaint they are on :www.arizonabbb.org
Send them a complaint... the more we all send complaints the more of us will get our money back and see these..heartless unscrupulous scammers loose their business. hope this helps... I'll keep you posted and hopefully... if we fight...we'll win!
Cheers for now... Mary OZ

Glad to see that our experiences of September 2010 to date have helped you guys. I got most of my money back through the Credit Card Fraud Investigations. From the Arizona State Business Register, I have documents with Forrest Webb and his Co-Directors Home addresses on them... just go for their homes... you'll get your money back... put a caveat on them... personally. YOU WILL GET ACTION JUST BY THREATENING THIS...I did!
As for further phone calls... I've asked the people calling if they count themselves as "Nice People?"...told them to find jobs where they are not hurting people... haven't had a call since December 2010 ! Good luck everyone...
