Olshan Foundation Repair / Olshan avoids responsibility for theft

1 2020 Stapleton Ct #2Cincinnati, OH, United States Review updated:

While Olshan was working in our house a large sum of money was stolen. The police got good fingerprints, and the prime suspect (an Olshan employee) skipped town. Olshan customer service refused to return calls and was extremely unpleasant once contacted. They will not discuss making restitution.

Do NOT allow an Olshan employee into your house! Olshan will not be held accountable for their employee's actions, and apparently hire people with false names & records.

Olshan has fully cooperated with the police in this investigation. However, there is no evidence our employee was involved in any theft. Of course, our employees fingerprints were in the area. He was doing work in the basement. Further, there is no evidence - other than the statement by the homeowner - that there was any money stolen. Olshan is a 75 year old business with locations in 19 states and an excellent rating from the BBB. We have a long-standing reputation for quality and integrity.

Olshan has a long history of mediocre work done by minimally skilled immigrant day labor. It is no secret that they invest millions in flashy advertising to sell their dog and pony show with poor quality materials and sloppy workmanship. Everyone in the foundation business has a healthy disgust for this profit-at-any cost company. They have pulled out of several cities in the past 5 years leaving hundreds of unsuspecting consumers with warranties that are worthless. With good Americans out of work, why must this company maximize profits by using workers who can't even speak English ?
