Waste of money!
I purchased a lovely dress from this website believing it would be made in the UK. I also paid extra for shipping and then received a message stating I had to pay for duty tax. The dress was supposed to be custom made and it came several inches too short! When I contacted OKdress customer service they refused to give me my money back and even though I have sent many pictures as evidence they keep coming back to me to say they will only give me 10% refund! Absolutely ridiculous! It was almost impossible to deal with them since their English was very poor. Waste of money!
Dirty dress
I've ordered a dress from okdress.co.uk and when it arrived it had two obvious stains on the front. I contacted the company and asked for an exchange, and they told me to wash it! There were no care labels and I had no idea how to wash it, I did not want to spoil it. Then they said that I have to send the dress back and also told that they would not refund the shipping costs and that I would have to pay further delivery charges to ship it back! I suggest everyone to stay far far away from this place!
Do not buy from them...scammers
Do not buy from them. They pretend being from UK, they send from Singapore. Maybe you will be custom charged like i was, depending the country your from. You see a picture, but is not what you'll get. They will try to make something like in picture, but will be a fail, like the dress they send to me. I ordered a 230 GBP (price includin shiping and other taxes - dress code sku701856 - see also real dress picture below) thinking if is expensive is because i will get it just like in picture. Dress on picture included applied lace and embroidery on bust, i got a dress without any lace on bust, looking cheap, horrible. I had to buy another dress (from other place). I send them an email with the dress they sent, and the picture from their website, and asked for full refund, and address to send it back, they start to tell me how expensive will be for me to send it back. Never gived me address to send it back. They just agreed with me is not like in picture, and refund 30% amount. I remained with 200GBP gived in vain, for a dress that looks like a 50GBP dress see attached.

Scam, scam, scam. Don’t buy from the website www.okdress.co.uk. I got confirmation info that my order would be delivered within several weeks. I waited 2 months and heard only promises from these jerks. I have no idea how to get order from them or get my money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website and maybe someone can help me.
Problems with delivery
Don’t buy dresses from the website www.okdress.co.uk. I waited 3 months and still no delivery. The seller charged me immediately, but he only told me to wait and nothing happened. I already asked for refund, but he refused and told to wait. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
It's a scam I fought a dress in 2015 that was never delivered. Emailed them and emails were bouncing back lost £250. I was very disappointed. Please don't buy anything from their site.
I thought I was buying from a UK company, no where does it state as you go through the process that it is a Chinese company. The dress has not been delivered, I can only send emails through their "live chat", which I may add is not live! Their customer service email address bounces back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM! We have stop people from loosing their hard earned money! I've lost nearly £100.00
This company portrays itself as a UK company, no where does it state it's a Chinese company from the process. I've been once by a Chinese company before and tend to steer clear of those. It's an amazing website which I can find many kinds of dresses, I have bought a short prom dress last year, it looks so beautiful and cause I bought my wedding dress from OKDRESS this April.High quality and fast delivery leaves me greatly happiness.I think I Will buy more from OKDRESS in the future.Maybe you can buy a small thing like the wedding gloves and other wedding accessories to experience the serve from this company before order some expensive dresses!Hope these words can be help to your guys!
So sorry you had a hard time with Okdress. I wish i could say the same about my experience with Okdress but to do so i would be lying and it wouldnt be fair. I got my dress in a timely manner and i bought not once but twice from the site.
I have received a dress from this company too and it does not even look similar to the one on the website and paying nearly £100 I have expected much better quality dress and not cheap, fake and horrible looking piece of material that I will never even wear! I have seen all the complains and difficulties with getting a refund so can't even be bothered as the contact number is wrong and they don't even answer my emails! Complete scam!
