Office Support Systems review: office supply

Company calls pretending to be your current office supply provider updating their system with your current information. They then sent toner without order approval. Upon receiving the invoice, we immediately called to tell them we did not order their product and that they would need send a call tag to send it back. I was asked to put a superior on the phone and when I told them I was the superior, the man said "put a man on the phone". I told him that was a sexist statement and that I would be reporting it.
