Back in June 2009 we had severe rain in Florida and our apartments ceiling was leaking. After two months they came in and fixed the inside damage but never had roofers come out and fix the outside problem. About a month or two later leaks began in another place. It is about 3 feet long and 3 feet wide. It's disgusting and ugly and there is now mold growing. I have contacted them multiple times and even gone in the office to complain in person. They always give the same excuses and blame someone else or beat around the bush. I'm fed up with this. My living room ceiling is destroyed and now showing signs of mold.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Oasis of mandarin has done it again...we lives there for two years while I was n college. We had several AC leaks and maintenance took weeks to come fix. We also got a lot of mold n garage and had to toss out a lot of furniture :( they have sent us a letter after moving out that we owe like $225.00. They r now trying to screw us out of money. They say our carpet was trashed and our blinds were all messed up which is a complete lie. I spoke to Diane in the front office and she stated "do u have pictures"? I said no I wasn't thinking I would get slammed w a huge bill from u guys. Wow I'm n complete shock.
I'm am also having issues that are unfounded an mrs.thompson is so rude an blamed me because I was the new an she stated that than after hurrassing me we come up with if I leave she will give a good reference an give back my deposits an I got to thinking I don't have money to move I just moved here 4 months ago an when my ex said he wouldn't sign anything till I found a place to move she made lies up to start a eviction terrible people an the worst experience for my first apartment.
the place is so bad, the people there are annoying and so disturbung. I moved there from another state and the rental pepople look so nice until they have you on the leasing papers, and then they care less. neighbors stay up til 4 am idrinking beers and when you complain about it they do nothing to fix the problem. I am moving out because of this. The apartment is old and the apliances are so old and they make horrible nosie. they do nothing to replace them.Rent is too expensive for what you get, carpets are worn out and so dirty its a shame. dont rent there!
I have an issue with my landlord, we have one bathroom only and its under construction.The landlord refuses to rent the cheapest motel for bathroom use.Please help with any info about this subject.After we talk things over trying to solve the problem he tried to evict with no reason!Please give me some help my name is brian, [protected], thanks.
