NCO Group / They're unfair and ugly
I have three medical bills reported as delinquent. I have spent three hours on the phone with NCO and the insurance company trying to resolve this matter. NCO keeps placing me on hold, transferring me back to the operator or just plain hanging up on me. The insurance companies states that all NCO needs to do is file a claim to get their money, and that no claim has yet to be submitted. NCO states that a claim is pending.
I doubt that Blue Cross Blue Shield is lying.
I asked for a manager and received Patty Booker's extension. Who is she exactly? She hasn't returned my call. If a company wants their money, you would think they would work with me on this.
