Since Glo-cell took over Autopage it's been a disaster!! I have a contract for my daughter with Glo-cell. The account every month was exceeding R5000 every month and one month it was over R6000. We went to the store in Fearie Glenn were we applied and paid for a mi-gratin. After months we never heard anything and the account was still very high. When we returned to the store the store was under construction and we were send to the Centurion store.
There we were informed that our application was never processed and that we need a ticket number. We went through the whole prose's again and got our ticket number and we were told that the mi-gration will go through at the end of the next month. After 2 months of high bill, several calls to the store and call centre we are still where we were 7 months ago and still paying these high bills with no feedback from Glo-cell.
