Never use this company based out of brampton, ontario. They damage your stuff even if you have insurance full coverage. They still screw you over and there company they use for repairs is just as bad as they are. I would hate for anybody to get caught up in a company like this.
Worst moving company I have ever saw!
Worst moving company ever. Lots of damages to furniture. They don't show up for appointments to look at damages or even call to let you know they aren't coming. It took them 3 hours to drive from one end of Brampton to the other end of Brampton to move my belongings. They said they got lost. How do you get lost in Brampton for 3 hours when your office is located in Brampton? Very poor service from start to finish.
Well, considering they're part of the BBB (Better Business Bureau)...unlike most other movings companies, and their current rating is A+. They do have a couple of complaints (most do, in this industry), they've been resolved.
I've used this company several times, and they're by far the best movers we've ever come across.
Your complain, if legitimate should be raised with the BBB. Instead, you sound like a jealous competitor who can't meet Natural Movers service quality, hence you're simply trying to smudge their name with baseless and shameful comments.
Shame on you!
