myrewardstore / charging my account

1 United States Review updated:

I have several complaints about charges to my account. The first charge is from myrewardstore.com they charged my credit card $35.95 and I don't know how these people got my card number. I am also beening charged from another company called myclub supp ore ut they charged my credit card $ 35.95 also. I'm being charged for $12.95 a month for mini credit report also. How can I stop this company's from charging me? How can I make these company's give me back my money they took from me?

We had these charge on account also. For the myrewardstore.com they posted an 1-877-207-6561 as a contact number. The account also listed as it coming from Great Britain. We called this number & they cancelled the account but we had to go to a website: support@myclubrewards.com to send them an email to cancel the account and ask to receive a refund. We haven't heard back from that website yet. We then called are credit card company & they had listed another charge since the last statement. They referred us to fraud & they closed this account right away because they believed it to be fraud. There were also 2 other charges with different company names, which we didn't recognize & will have to check out. Depending on the credit card company you may not have to pay these charges. Good Luck

I have just discovered that an initial withdrawal of $35.75 was made from my account on March 7 by "Mycashmaster.com" and a withdrawal has been made on the 6th of every month since by "Myclubsupp". The withdrawal is always $35.75 and it is unauthorized. There is a phone number on the withdrawal and I called it tonight. It was a
"customer service" number and they were closed. I will be calling them tomorrow and I will follow up by calling my bank to request a new debit card. I had a similar problem with Norm Thomson Rewards Program and my money was refunded and a new credit card issued to avoid further unauthorized charges.
